Love the historical reference here.
Any great warrior is told to never lose their sheath. Jon Snow dropped his on the ground referencing the fact he never expected to sheathe his weapon again.
All because of dumb Sansa. Because of her Jon almost died. Jon is literally the bravest man in 7 kingdoms.
@@Papaty25fr.. how tf does she even dare take credit for the victory when Jon did 99% of the work, and Little finger came at the end, those were his troops not sansa's troops
To stand there alone facing an army, Jon had the biggest balls in the show.
and to kill the queen like grey worm and the unsullied wasn’t alive was even bigger
The look of acceptance of his seemingly inevitable death and the realization to stand tall in that moment.
The real prince that was promised
He's stupid, this fight would have been won't have been the intervention of the Knights of the Valley.
The books try to deconstrust the dynastic monarchy which has caused so much harm to the continent over the centuries- Aegon the unworthy, Maegor the Cruel etc and establish a meritocratic world order.
Meanwhile the show- Jon Snow is a Targaryen and thus the rightful ruler, the Prince that was promised
@@raghavgoel7933 bruh
the show never meant that
Varys said so and that's about it
literally one character
and even that was because they didn't have Fagon in the show so they tried to combain the two plots
He knew that he was going to dia even though he didn't scared ....jhon snow ❤
He was scared to death but his father said that you can only be brave when you're afraid
Targaryen Blood Speaks with their swords🗿They can be The Saviour or The Destroyer of the Kingdoms🐉
@@WrathOfAlpha Jon snow isn't aegon aegon is in essos being trained by Jon cunnington
John Wick's ancestor! 🔥🔥🔥
@Soldierr_boyBro that's pretty ironic considering the fact that Reek became Reek because he couldn't become anyone's ancestor
That quote from Kratos is so God like! Gave me chills🥶
@@annedejong1040 It's simple says, Death can have me When it earns me, That means (as it's from Kratos-the God Of war) who doesn't even care about death and as he escaped death many times, And now Kratos is much superior than Death and Hence He says "Death can have me, When it earns me" When death will be as greater as Kratos, it can have him.
I'm not good in explanation but I think you got it 👍🏻
That went hard god damn
@@matthewthompson8285I think he means that the love one gives to the lord is one sided. I think he’s saying that we are not loved back! I think thats what he meant!
“You are a Dragon. Be a Dragon”
- Olenna Tyrell.
Jon not getting his face-off against the Night King is the biggest injustice in story telling. Dude ran through every opponent he faced, and was only ever held back by his good nature.
You guys are so used to happy endings you want everything done your way. Rhise writers showed you guys from the very first season that anything can happen and yet yall still expected it to go your way
He became my favourite character during this scene.
Imagine your on Boltons Army on a horseback charging towards a single man and he just pulls out his sword 🥶
They weren't just charging at Jon, they were charging at the army that was right behind him,
A dragon raised by wolves
When you are at the middle of your life and need to decide quickly.., he accepted His fate. There's no turning back down. Respect..
“Imagine a king who fights his own battles…
Now wouldnt that be a sight!”
It’s been years, and I still get goosebumps when I see Jon Snow have the balls to stand against that Calvary.
Regar, Targaryen may have have been your father boy but Ned Stark was your daddy
Death can have me when plot armor leaves me.
@@barabbarba yeh, it was best till season 6, but in s7 and 8 their is some bad writing and more plot armor on characters as well.
Not complaining about the action though, that was top tier still👌👌
What I like about game of thrones is that it’s realistic in its fights.
You can’t win against an army no matter how skilled you are with a sword.
You needed to be good at leading an army if you have any hope of conquering anything.
I also love the realism like how nobody is safe except I got annoyed by the huge wall of bodies in this battle which was ridiculous
Well yes but you should see The King then (The one with Timothée Chalamet) it show the most realistic battle in medieval in my opinion
I just love how he dropped his sheath like he knew he wouldn t need it anymore.. True warrior
The voice over from Kratos makes it that much more badass
His name was Snow but he was as cold as ice
There is no shame in fear my father told me. What matters is how we face it.
- Jon Snow
King in the north
Mans really said "Ah, fuck it"
Soldiers were told never to lose their sheathe, jon dropped his thinking he wouldnt ever sheathe his weapon again.
The most epic battle in television history
Dude is underrated as swordsman
He was good but prime Jamie Lannister would have made short work of him. And anyone else in Westeros at the time.
The fact that he throws away the sheath, he knows he may not have the opportunity to sheath his sword again .... That kind of confidence
alone a warrior, on the battlefield, no longer a warrior, but a legend 💀
Aegon of Houses Targaryen and Stark, Sixth of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm
That last stance sword drawing is the most badass thing ever
That sword had more devolepment than season 8
the army could’ve retreated and left jon to die but that plot armor is still way too strong 🔥
The Real prince that was promised
bro was ready to die agian for his home what an absolute G
The King that was promised...the song of ice and fire...😔
Most iconic scene in fiction
Remember my name ---Jons snow 🗿🗿
Perfect man for the Iron Throne👑🖤
Death can have me when it earns me
- kratos
The biggest challenges a bastard ever faced on his life
"death can have me when it earns me" -kratos, who's died several times and needed others to keep him alive
He got out of Hell on his own in gow3 gow 2018 and gow Ragnarok not that the last 2 times was cuz he died
the reference to Orlando is just beautiful (in the poeam "The Frenzy of Orlando", Orlando is one of most loyal Charle Magne's knights and protects his Lord's retreat facing the whole Saracen's army alone with his sword straight in front of him, as it's a symbol of no-cowardly and faithful to his King)
I still firmly believe this episode is one of the greatest things to be put on television ever! Minus the last two seasons, GOT is one of the best shows :)
Jon snow in his mind before fighting: “You know what, I’m done running”
That was peak GOT
That was pretty good edit but your Star Wars edits where better in my opinion but that edit was still pretty good
"Fear is a reaction "
"Courage is decision"
This scene shows the level of GOT🥵💥
Naw ngl, this is easily the best Jon snow edit I’ve seen.
When you got to do what others aren’t willing to do, stand up against the many, and others will follow, all it takes is just one ☝️
Reminds me of “but all’s too weak for brave Macbeth, who’s sword smoked with bloody execution”
favorite character❤
The only person who fought battle and won and alive🔥🔥🔥
I haven’t watched the show but even I know a 1v army is badass
I made that shot my wallpaper as a reminder to never give up and keep fighting. Fear cuts deeper than swords.
"When you play game of thrones you win or you die "
One of the coldest moment in cinemetic history 🖤
The greatest swordsman🔥
Love depictions of Kings in the tv. I know it’s better to read but got damn if seeing them ain’t something
You earned my respect editor.
I feel almost the same way when I play Mount and Blade Bannerlord, I also stand in the front ranks of the infantry and chop down my cavalry with a two-handed axe
the same thing, only instead of a two-handed ax there is a two-handed sword😁
imagine being in the frontlines of boltons army. "why isnt this bastard not running? did he just unsheathe his sword?" must be terrifying
he's not bastard.
This battle was still called the battle of the bastards since at this point John was still believed to be a bastard
Honestly best edit I’ve ever seen not just for got but like the best in the world for real!
When you accept your destiny and you become great
That one scene who hit more hard than entire Breaking Bad show ahhhhhh
people wanna talk about plot armor, but game of thrones is one of the few shows that gives plot armor to the villians more than the heros.
He had the biggest plot armour in this scene it’s crazy, the writers themselves said it
Cavalry charge is the best scene in the show.
Didnt look back once .... jons
Most official badman moment
Лучший полководец вселенной😂😂😂
He who shined his valayrian steel infront of thousands alone
“Oh death, become my blade once more”
That cold kratos line though
THIS SLAPS SO HARD! 🔥
Sick moment there used to be a lot of dope Jhon snow edits but people pay to have there content show first so we will never see it again
song?
blood of a dragon and a wolf, died and came back to take revenge. jon snow, the only person who deserves the iron throne

The king stands alone
I believe Jon Snow's fate would have been more fitting if he had been killed gracefully by Grey Worm's army rather than being sent back to the Wall. Given that the Wall no longer serves its original purpose with the defeat of the White Walkers and the dead, his return there felt redundant. A death that acknowledges his sacrifices and the weight of his actions would have been a more dignified and professional conclusion for his character.
bro really said i aint scared of death, death is scared of me
If only we put John's heart into someone with strategic mind. That would be a fuckin beast.
Yoooo amazing edit!!! He looks so awesome!! 😁😁😎😎😮💨😮💨💯💯🔥🔥💙💙💙
