Depends. This is Horizon after all, and i've only played Motorspot. But in any case, Horizon still simulates the Drivetrain, and if you're not careful with the throttle, especially if the Assists are turned off, the RWD can easily oversteer. I mean, it's 1000HP so i believe it requires a little bit of footwork.
Playing Forza horzion 3 on a gamepad is a different story. Its much easier. Try a wheel setup once 1000HP. And with the numb force feedback forza offers on wheel, its pretty hard to control
This game is sweet, but im not an XBOX fan / person. Im a PS person all the way ! My fav race game is GT Sport for the PS. If I want to drive / race on the streets, Ill just play Need For Speed. But this game is sweet, I played it on the XBOX360 years ago. Great driving man !

Wow!!! Those graphics and driving skills are on point! Im using the thrust master 300rs love it! Makes me want forza horizon 3 so bad but i do not have an xbox nor does my pc have the power to play anything great on it. So im playing gt sport on my ps4.
FooneArtworks like many people have said, you really have to play with the settings, ALOT, I literally said screw it and sat down for 2 hours to find the perfect settings, I can share them with you if you want, if not, tweak for yourself

Forza is the only reason I stay on Xbox. This game wasn't on 360 though, you might be thinking of Forza Horizon, or Forza Horizon 2.
Some effects in this seems more realistic than Forza 4
