could you do a double three turn tutorial if you have the time? :) I can do a forwards and backwards outside three turn, but I’m having trouble connecting them and losing forwards momentum at the end… thank you so much for your awesome tutorials and I hope 2023 will be a great year for your mental health! :)

Nice to see you back! And congratulations to your baby! Love to see some ice dance tutorials. There’s just not that many available. Btw, when the ice rinks were shut down during the covid, I picked up roller skates. Being out there rolling the streets, seeing the sun shines. It’s a completely different experience. Hope you would like it as well.

I just wanted to say that this channel is a great resource for skaters and I can tell you it did help me with my skating. I'm a beginner skater and I especially love your stretch exercise episode! I think I know that one video you made by heart lol. You're doing a great job and if you need to take breaks, we get it, we all need a break at times. Glad to see that you're OK and a big congratulations on your expected arrival! Thank you Coach!

Hi from Greeley! Your videos are VERY helpful for me as a beginner adult who used to skate quite a bit as a young girl (in Arvada at Apex, actually - I lived in Wheat Ridge). After not skating for more than 4 decades I decided to get back into it and your videos really help me. Thanks for the time and effort with up uploading your content. 👍

Congratulations on your baby! I hope you're both healthy and that you're getting some sleep. The first three months are the toughest, but you start to figure it out from there. The most important thing is to NOT put pressure on yourself to be perfect. Do as much as you can, even if it's not everything you envisioned; the baby will be fine. Mom of 2. Oldest is about to start college, and I'm finally coming back to skating, having given it up when I got pregnant with her. Don't let that scare you. My reasons were financial not physical. I'm loving being back on the ice and your videos are such a fantastic help. Thank you thank you thank you! Looking forward to more of the freestyle series.

Congratulations and welcome back! I am a CRNA and I too was feeling burnt out after COVID. I actually took up figure skating in 2022 (while watching your videos of course) and it’s been great for my mental health. I also cut down on my hours so I can have time for myself and skating. It’s so important to make yourself a priority. Anyway, I’m so glad you’re doing okay. We love you Coach Mary!

Congratulations Mary on your pregnancy, your new house and welcome back. Covid was hard for so many people so it’s completely understandable you had to take time off and for your mental health. So maybe some of these difficulties were a blessing in disguise so you could figure out what is most important for yourself. And yay ice dancing, love it.
