    Hi, what will happen if I plug this flasher into my car's brake light, and when I turn on the flasher and I apply the brakes, will the brake light still work?

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  3 роки тому +1

      If you were to install the Feniex Flasher to your vehicles factory brake lights, the brake function would work when you apply the brake. The Feneix flashers work better with led lights rather than most factory halogen lights. You will need to keep in mind that each of it's four channels has a maximum output of 5 amps for a total output of 20 amps. So make sure you know the current each of your lights draw.

      @@412psekustomzllc7 Hello thanks for the information, sorry I asked again, so the way to connect to the factory brake light, is just by connecting the output cable from the flasher to the brake light positive cable, is it correct?

    so even though these lights have the internal flasher built in, as long as its set to steady burn i can use this flasher to control it?

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  4 роки тому +1

      Yes sir you are absolutely correct. If set the T3's to steady burn you can utilize the Feniex Flasher or any led flasher you preffer. We have actually custom built many TA' & Traffic Arrows on large utility vehicles such as box trucks. Let us know if you need T3's or a Flasher we have both in stock ready to ship at a moment's notice.

    Can i use this as a wig wag for my 2016 hyundai tucson?

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  2 роки тому

      That will fully depend on the current draw of the lights you trying to wig-wag. These work better with led lights. They can work with halogen lights but each of the four channels put out 5 amps of current for a total output of 20 amps.

    Can these be used on headlights and taillights

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  4 роки тому +1

      They can although keep in mind that each output is a max 5amps. So if you are using led headlight bulbs these work great(if you watch our video of the Brentwood VFC Chief's F-150, we used this flasher on the high beams & fog lights. But again we also swapped all the bulbs to led also). They say these can operate halogen bulbs but it really depends upon how much current they draw. If they draw above 5amps per bulb this will not work well.

    I may have miss understood something but,for example, does mode 2 have different flash patterns than mode 1?

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  5 років тому +1

      No, all three programmable modes have the same patterns. The Feniex Flasher features 40 patterns. Patterns 1-20 are positive switched patterns which means the output terminals that you wire to your lights put out a pos+ signal. Patterns 21-40 are negative switched patterns which means they act as a neg- ground for your equipment. The reason for this is so that the Feniex Flasher would be a universal headlight flasher. Some manufacturers use pos+ headlight circuits and others use neg- headlight circuits. So if you were to use patterns 1-20 you would wire the pos+(Red in most cases unless using a multiple mode/color light) activation wire from your lights to the four output terminals then wire their neg- ground(black) wire to ground. To use patterns 21-40 you would need to wire your lights opposite that of patterns 1-20. You would need to wire the pos+(Red in most cases unless using a multiple mode/color light) from your lights to a constant +12volt power. Then the neg-(black) ground wire from your lights becomes the activation wire and would be wired to the four output terminals of the flasher. So to recap that, in patterns 1-20(Red led output indicator) the output terminals put out a pos+ 12volt signal. In patterns 21-40(Green led output indicator) the output terminals become grounding terminals. Hope this helps. Let us know if you still have any questions about how the flasher operates.

      @@412psekustomzllc7 that prefect idk why i was thinking that but that is like what I have worked with in the passed but with fog lights. All I want to do is mode 1 normal fog light funtion (steady burn) mode 2 flash like my hazards and mode 3 something that is fast and attention getting.

    • @412psekustomzllc7
      @412psekustomzllc7  5 років тому +1

      @@jadz684z Should work out just fine as long as your fog lights do not draw greater than 5amps each. The Feniex flasher outputs are rated at a max 5amp output each.

      William Widynata, this video is a demo of the Feniex Flasher. We are using the T3's in steady burn to demonstrate the flasher. The T3's are all self contained and do not need this flasher. We just happen to pick them to demonstrate what the Feniex Flasher has to offer customers.

      So there isn’t a “cruise” pattern? I thought maybe the last one in your video was a cruise. I’d like a steady burn that then goes to a quick flicker, then back to steady. I think Whelen does that actually
