The biggest difference I've noticed between using bubble or giga switch with overheat is when the other player is using Royal in their deck. Royal is much easier to manage when you're using bubble. However, giga switch can go further because you don't have to level up overheat as high during boss waves and you can avoid knight and leon hits.
