OHIO RIVER FISHING for HYBRID STRIPED BASS! (CULVERT FISHING)

I hit some Ohio River Culverts for BIG Hybrid Striped Bass. After a successful couple hours I had to pack it in, but I was able to get back out the next day to the dam to chase after more wipers.

I’m wanting to start fishing for striper at apple grove dam in WV, what would you recommend as the most effective bait? I’ve been hearing bucktails are the way to go but I just wanted to know what you think?
