The final 2 chapters of the Special Story Mode were amazing, and truly emotional. This was refreshing for Boruto and it would be amazing if this was cannon. I really hope they'll add Merz and Nanashi as free DLC characters, since they already got some moves and an awakening. Normally I don't like unique story modes made for anime games, but I think this one was one of the best.

The last chapter had me thinking of Your Name the whole time. Then the Boruto was really excited to tell her about Her Name. Then she begged to know His Name... Naruto is my favorite anime show and Your Name is my favorite anime movie... So this broke me. Damn.

I jumped out of all ships to this ship ngl. Their chemistry was so great that they basically had a nearly 8 minute heartfelt conversation despite not spending much time together. That is more than I can say for basically every ship in Naruto/Boruto ngl. I wouldn't be against having Hikari have a role in canon in the future.

So close and yet so far from eachother at the same time, both adorable and sad, she was his TRUE love 😢

Storm connections from what I’ve seen isn’t a bad game but doesn’t live up to it’s previous storm games, the only good part is the Story I’ve hope in someway they look back at this and decide to re tell this story in the anime with Nanashi-Hikari actually living and being a companion for Boruto as after the time skip he really could use a friend when the whole world is against him. They could retell the story in a movie but keep Nanashi in a coma instead of her dying so she can actually return as Hikari and Boruto is the strongest connection they given us after Kawaki. The story and Connection between Boruto and Hikari is really special.
