My favorite FPV drone right now is the pavo20 for now from @BETAFPVHobby I tested for quite some time before sharing my impressions with you. And here is why
It is also a good option for beginners. It is not scary at all, easy to fly, lightweight and does not require registration

Nice video, what a unique review of the Pavo 20! I got one as well and as newbie to FPV, I really love it! I also bought the Pavo 25 v2, it is one smooth flyer too!

When I got this whoop, I sold my old 2" cinelog20. What am I for? I have a cinebot 30, but for today I would do as you - I would just buy a betafpv Pavo 25 v2, it would be a more universal solution

What ND filters do you use for it? because my Freewell didnt fit, I have to buy Camera Butter
@@WIL_FPV Thank you, I'm enjoying the FPV experience, it is so much fun! It is a my dream to someday have a Cinebot30 but after watching so many reviews of the Pavo25v2, I think it suits my needs! It is has power, it flies very smooth!
For the ND filters, I use the ones from BetaFPV for my Pavo20. But for the Pavo25v2, I can use the filters from my Avata since you can mount it horizontally in the 03 lens.

on 25 it is also possible to install a naked gopro if necessary, for commercial shooting, real estate or smth

This video made me have another look at the Pavo20. This is beautiful footage. I overlooked it because of the prop guard thing but your explanation with Gyroflow makes sense. I ordered one up because it is easily available and very much sub 250. Did you keep all of the stock rates?

Frankly, after a couple of months of active use it, I still noticed that with sharp or active movements/acts, propguards can be visible in the frame. In this case, you need to make a small cut video on post. Also, in this video, I didnt touch on the topic of the possibility of shooting vertical videos with this drone, which is possible.
Yes, all settings (PIDs RATEs) are stock - it feels perfectly from the box, so I didn't change anything.
@@WIL_FPV Vertical video??? Is this an o3 thing or a BetaFPV thing? And do you see this in goggles or it just records that vertical slice??
@@infinityphotorob with o3 unit it is possible to record 4:3 and on post production make 9:16 after stabilisation in gyroflow - vertical format

Your work is amazing. I have a Pavo Pico and i am thinking of buying a Pavo Pico 20. I have a DJI o3 on the pavo pico but cannot use it outdoors due to wind. Do you suggest, that i install the o3 on the Pavo Pico 20 and use a caddx vista nebula pro on the Pavo Pico instead.

I don't have a pavo pico, but I've heard of some problems with it so I chose the pavo20. In my case, it’s TBS crsf, but of course you can use the DJI radio, bind it to the dji o3 unit - thats it

What do you think about putting bigger motors on the Pavo20? For example 1204 or 1404? BetaFPV has a F405 AIO 20A 2-4S board, so maybe swap that with the original and go 4S with 5000-6000kv motors, any thoughts?

I don't want to do 4s with pavo20 because I already had geprc 4s and I changed it to betafpv. And also because I have ideas for other drones, for example building an 8s
But actually, I'm sure the more powerful pavo20 is cool!

Nice video, I am also drone enthusiast in Canana (Toronto) and I am wondering is it legal to fly in a big city like Vancouver or Toronto, like on your video? Have you had any problems with police or someone else?
It seems to be legal, but its not always so. It means? Don't fly near buildings or over people, you must follow the rules specified by the Canadian Ministry of Transport. I flew at night near the police in downtown, they didn't mind.

I think so, it's possible, but you have to remember that it's a whoop
It is, I have one. The battery should last 3mins on a 550mh if you push it a bit. Its a good drone and can take a beating.

Has the DJI air unit 03 not given you overheating problems? For me it disconnects after 2 minutes due to overheating
I have never had any of my drones with o3 unit overheat. do u have the same drone? Could you show me some pictures of it, in the instagram for example?

There is a version with a built-in ELRS and a version with extra СRSF. In my case, its a TBS receiver
