2016 TUCSON NO HEAT PASSENGER SIDE

Part needed is a DA1231 from Oreilly Auto Part. Part is universal for either side of the car.

How did you remove the lower panel to get to the actuator?

Honestly I don't remember... I think I had to take the glove box assembly out. Sorry I couldn't be of more help
