I know i'm late. But the resolution is great if you have it somewhere else like by your keyboard instead. It being close to your face allows you to see with a similar quality as your phone.
you are using this device with the mouse, while it is TOUCH and also without a real purpuse, cause geting it into the pc is the most absurd thing I ever seen... but grats, you have a very great device there & nice car too..!
Literally no one on the planet is using one of these to have a touchscreen timeline for video editing on a Desktop like the Asus Duo laptops. It's a giant hole in the market. wtf

Would you say the resolution is too big for such small monitor? Arent the text too small to see? Would you prefer 1920x550 instead of 3840x1100?

it's a stretched bar display. google it. They are used for Arcade cabinets and available from various sources that sell emulator arcade stuff.
