The truck looks and works great! I love how high the arm goes up; I assume it was set that way since this truck mostly focuses on 300's. Pretty good idle speeds, hopefully it doesn't get slowed down over time. The footage looks so much better when it's running in 60fps. Great work to you and the driver!!
That is one awesome looking truck! Love how high these ride with the new spacers Peterbilt put in. That's crazy how they switched colors after they've used the orange for so many years! This sure does look sharp though. Love those shiny rims and those green lug nut indicators look so nice. That's one thing I miss on the trucks out here... are any of the 15 going to be tag axle or are they all dual? Great video Jaccob!
Thank you dude! Yes, all 15 are setup exactly like this truck, the city decided not to go with a tag axle with these three axle units. Glad you pointed out the spacers, allows the operators to grab containers a bit higher than at the wheels. I believe the spacers add about 3 inches of height total to the front axle.
Awesome video! Funny whenever I think of Arizona I think of these trucks right here, cause there's so many of them!! What camera did you use, just curious.
Nice video Refuse Arizona, I'm glad you posted a video of the new Phoenix paint scheme. Do you have a preference between the new and old Phoenix paint scheme? I'm curious why Phoenix bought ASL's with no tag axle. The driver sure has a smooth operating cycle for only a few days of experience operating it. Great post!
Thank you! I do like this new paint scheme quite a bit although I do like to see the classic Phoenix colors with the tan body and cab with a darker brown hopper and stripe across the unit.
So glad it is finally here after months of anticipation! Too bad it is in Glenrosa! Lol 2:40! Funny it looks kind of purple instead of red. Did they change it? Thanks for posting!
Yeah, it typically depends on the spec for the municipality/private hauler. In Washington, it's more prominent for amber than Arizona. Appreciate the comment!
That"s an awesome CNG DaDee Scorpion ASL Garbage Truck!!!
Best truck in the fleet!!

lol yes! Yes they did change it to match the color of the bird thats on the door and back of their trucks. Thank you for commenting!
why do the trash cans have lid stoppers so they don't open all the way............?????? I have always wondered
Not often you see a new truck with red turn signals. Thought everyone used amber these days.
