Is it a requisite competence for the job to speak a foreign language well? I bet there is no non-African in the new Cabinet that can speak isiZulu or isiXhosa or Sepedi or Sesotho eloquently, which should be a requirement to serve in a country where 85% of the population proudly speak their own African languages. Stategies and plans were drawn by the actual operational staff, his as a minister is to make sure the plans are in line with what will benefit the majority of SAns, not the minority elites, who have zero commitment to the betterment of our people. SAns have been vocal about illegal immigrants issues, which arw affecting other departments ie health, education, social services etc and have a potential of resulting with a serious rebellion. That is not his priority, but his priority is on approving visas of rare skills. How can that rubbish be the priority. In case of a revolution where will these foreigners of yours who are skilled work? Do you even think they will even consider coming to work when this country is burning?
