It’d be different if cp3 was yappin at him but Scott was literally next to him talking then turns and gives a tech. You hardly ever see it happen like that. He needs to be checked by the nba. Foster makes calls based on personal feelings. There is no room for personal feelings. When personal feelings affect the calls he makes, it detracts from his professionalism and the fair play in the game. Being that he has this flaw, it should eliminate him from being a ref in professional sports. It makes it less of a sport and more of one persons preferance.
