My journey has truly taken me down a path of coming back to myself and allowing myself to fully embrace who I am. Something that I want to note about self-development is that I view it as something that can be a tool to help you get closer to your true authentic being. I don't view it as something that needs to fix you, or identifies you as broken. You are already enough and whole as you are! I hope these 4 tips can help you on your journey just as much as they have helped me!
