Twice always hit different. Even in this album till the latest. I enjoyed listening to different kpop songs but no one cant change the fact that twice songs will bring you the emotion of every songs they made.. My ultimate group that i only stan, my love for twice is beyond!
3 out of these songs were already performed beforehand. DO IT AGAIN, GOING CRAZY, and TRUTH was done during SIXTEEN as part of their mission coming to the selection of TWICE. 💓 Looking forward to more album listens. 🍭
In terms of lyric videos for their more recent stuff i'd recommend the "random_k" channel as it's the most accurate from what i've seen. Your enthusiasm is contagious and i can't wait to see which project of theirs you decide to go for next ! Feel free to check for possible writing credits etc. prior to reacting to an album if that's something you're curious about. You mentioned how their vocals were already really good back then and - granted i've been avoiding most survival shows - SIXTEEN was arguably the rawest one i've ever seen performance-wise which made their skills on there that much more impressive imo Some context and some thoughts: - Do It Again was the final mission in SIXTEEN and both teams had to perform it back to back. It's now the intro to most Time To Twice seasons too. I personally love their earlier songs but i also have the performances' energy in mind which can help sometimes (as happens with a lot of kpop) and Do It Again is a perfect exemple of that. The song's great imo and you can tell it's hype but having all that in mind gives it kind of an insane drive.. idk how to explain but you get it 😭 - the mission right before that had one team sing Going Crazy and the other sing Truth, and each team was assigned the song they were probably gonna be the worst at. Both songs were pretty challenging bc the vocal delivery/rhythms and instrumentals were a bit counterintuitive - In a way this album really lives up to its name as the main songs on it are them revisiting their last stretch on the show but as the final lineup, with a new Title Track and a couple of new Bsides. And "The Story Begins" would definitely fit the coming-of-age vibe you were getting As i said i'm always looking forward to your next TWICE video. In terms of non-music related content let us know when you want recommendations bc there are plenty of videos i think you'd really enjoy, that i'd love to rewatch with you and hear your thoughts on 💕 (i think i'm gonna go rewatch your TTT reactions now 😭)
this is the first time I've read their lyrics from their earlier works and I'm happy to say that their music isn't defined by the lyrics for me personally. I think one thing about doing a stressful working day with earlier twice in my headphones and not knowing the lyrics fully just made it so that i found my own meaning in the songs :) And you can always hear the "love" and other happy words :D

Do what you want and enjoy! Every twice album gets better and better, and this album may be my least favorite, but also so nostalgic and fun.

Like a Fool is for sure in my top 5 greatest B-sides for TWICE, i love it so much! you should absolutely check out the LIVE stage version of it, it's so beautiful!!
I did not realize that the TIME TO TWICE intro sound is from this album. I hope there is a time stamp for each song so we can jump or go back. Personally excited to hear my previous faves like Precious Love, Stuck, etc. in the future. Thanks for doing this!
yessss, it’s go time! the story begins has to be one of my favorite twice mini albums, for this to be their debut, it was so good! spoiler, if you decide to continue with time to twice, after the next 2 seasons i believe, do it again becomes the theme song. it’s so catchy!
Do what you want! Don't stress really, do it at your own pace. We can always wait don't worry. I always enjoy these kind of videos but i don't want you to feel forced either :D

I think for older albums from this album to Summer Nights you can use rexolyrics while for more recent albums you can use random_k's. Take your time to listen their music since there's so much to check out especially their Japanese discography.

The adlibs in like a fool are mostly jeongyeon!! One of the few times she does them so I’m glad you noticed 😢
"Do it again" (esp the Chae-Momo-Jeongyeon part) gives me life and "Like a Fool" (esp Jeongyeonie) takes it away from me.
I just love this album, I'm a sucker for TWICEs ballads so obviously "Like a Fool" is one of my all time favourites
