Interesting video. I only wished that the bar charts were sorted from highest to lowest to make it easier to read for the purposes of comparing the results against the other drives that are on said bar chart.
I talked about that in the video, and has even discussed It with Intel. When compared to the other drives in the market the new price made more sense. It’s not unheard of. It’s competitively priced now.
I did 2 builds---one with the CRUCIAL P1(500GB) drive and another build with INTEL 660p (1TB) drive. I will say that the CRUCIAL kinda disappointed me when I was working on editing my videos. It was fine for a while but after about 6+ hours straight of editing, it slowed down the processing. I actually had to shut the pc down for that night and work on editing again the next morning. When I switched to the SAMSUNG EVO PLUS(1TB), I never saw that issue again---even when working over 6+ hours of video editing. The INTEL 660p is doing well for gaming when hours with no faults or hiccups. So this would be a very interesting feat for this particular drive I'd like to see. Bring it on RobeyOne Kenobi!
This video was helpful for me. I am still a newbie who is trying to learn more, and the overview and explanation of the market is very helpful. Thanks!
Hey Robey, great video! A question I'm wondering in your full review could you talk about sustained read/write speeds? I heard QLC type SSD's are known for slower sustained speeds and was curious if it would be better to have a TLC type ssd in your system if you are doing infrequent large data transfers or more importantly, speeds when running the SSD's as your OS drive and doing downloads/uploads, thanks!
So, mine just got delivered, and theres literally no support for it, no driver, windows setup doesnt detect it... so how the bloody f'ing hell is everyone reviewign how great it is?
Great video jam packed with a ton of info, so thank you! Can't wait to see the review!
Thank you!

on sale for 70$ at B&h came here to see if its a good drive or not
great video but the video you released yesterday has double the views compared to this one released one month ago.
I just bought one off your last video. Wish me luck.
Interesting video.

This video is helpful, but you might want to include cache sizes in your next ssd video (they are *very* helpful)
Who else wants to know what Robey would look like without a beard
It's scary!

I will see if we benched that. Great call out.

You shouldn’t need a driver. Did you initialize it? Look at my how to install Windows video and there is how to initialize a drive!
@@RobeytechLive i got it to work eventually, had to revert a bunch of changes made to the ISO and only make them afterwards
