Hell yeah! That's what Absolution SHOULD have been all about. 47 going rogue, no contract obligations holding him back, obliterating every evil bastard in his way... Like SC Conviction, but more brutal, gritty and down-to-earth. Such a shame they stuck with the boring Silent Assassin idea.

Getting silent assassin challenge is so much easier than killing everyone besides that it would be boring without killing anyone

Tbf, Unless 47 has a hard set moral code in lore, however, with no contract terms and no set contract targets.
Some of these mass assassinations seem to make more sense
