That's honesty the most interesting method of ceiling fan repair I've seen someone pull out, and I'm way more surprised that it worked out. Nice job there
Sir, i have a problem on my ceiling fan such as Crompton and usha branded ceiling fan. I just removed my usha pulsar deluxe yesterday, when i open the motor the insulation paper was breaking into million pieces, and my Crompton cool breeze G logo was never used for 6 years and at that time it was ultimate awesome condition, after using for 8 months in my bedroom the bearing problem occurs and after serving and pitted in my bedroom again, and used for 2 hours the coil got damaged and i go back to the same store and rewinded the coil for 1 month and this was my 4th rewinded fan 1. Something local fan 2. Crompton Greaves G logo highspeed 3. khaitan zolta highspeed 4 . Crompton Greaves G logo cool breeze And i still having these 3 fans except highspeed , my uncle told me that he needed my highspeed, so i gave it to him. Iam using Crompton Greaves cool breeze for summer season, bcz it blows exact same airflow as hs , bcz the guy who serviced my fan rewinded with copper so it is really powerful and the speed is like your havells pacer
Local brand 24", 36" And 42"fans are high speed and good airflow but don't last long...but branded fans such as Crompton(for example my own hb&hs 42") Are low speed but soothing airflow and last long...so both actually have their own advantages...branded ones last long as they have more number of poles in the winding which makes them suitable for long operation and less heat is produced whereas local fan winding dies out of heating issue of winding...and are not intended for that long usage....anyways..depends on quality as well
Excellent and very interesting job! I have seen a few Havells ceiling fans in Malta, with 48 or 56" blades if I am not mistaken, and they are very fast like the one you made. Can you confirm if I am correct? Thanks.
Yes 48 & 56 12pole motors looks like they are running very fast. Obviously my creation is 570rpm where as 12pole fans are 320rpm for 56 (where others give 280rpm) & 390rpm for 48" (where others give 370rpm). That's why Havells is fast but airflow is not that good & really noisy fan
Sir, i gave my Usha striker High speed dor coil rewinding. After the coil rewinding is completed i just checked the resistance value and the coil that how it was rewinded, it was perfectly fine after i found out the problem that the rotar is losing magnetic field and i changed the capacitor also So which rotar should i replaced with new ones like powerful ones to reach about 380 RPM?
I see. Mane should be beta dlx green. Physically if same construction then both are equally good. Polar used to name their fans according to color like Alpha white, theta blue chip, gamma green, beta brown, etc.
Speed nehi lega agar 36 hs motor pe aap 48 blade daloge. Video ka stating pe aapne jo dekha wohi actually maine 36 hs motor pe 48 blade daala kyu ki iska 48" coil dead condition tha.
what joke of that guy who changed full price but only did some coils bet he thought no one would ever see that and yeah mismatched coils is bead even if the voaltges is close the uneven field will creatly lots of cyclic hum

Is the Orient Deluxe seen at 18:57 also a modified fan like this one ?
That's 2000's Summer cool modified to 8p high Speed on the existing 16p stator by rewinding & blades are also modified. Will try to post a video soon
@@SOURADEEPBISWAS Okay. Nice.

ReWinding data failure that is
How much hours can a 20 pole motor run?
As long as u use to run the motor. Early 1970's CG High Breeze was 20p.
Great👍😊😊 restoration👍👍
Could the same rotor (one used for the 14-pole stator) be used for the 8-pole stator if their sizes match ?
Yes
Okay. Thanks for the info.
In accordance which one is a better model?? Polar Beta deluxe or polar hi-fly
I dont know what's a polar hi-fly. Can't judge a model without watching it.
Basically brother of beta deluxe....but green in colour the construction is same as beta deluxe
I see. Mane should be beta dlx green. Physically if same construction then both are equally good. Polar used to name their fans according to color like Alpha white, theta blue chip, gamma green, beta brown, etc.
Ya same construction....only difference is golden colour downrod (rusted now) but I guess my fan is older.....it's from mid-late 80's
Dada u need to kick that stupid electrician.

My 1979's HB
It is a wonderful restoration, is it available for sale?
This is actually My relative's fan. Yes I have applied this kind of modification to other fans also specially cast iron body local fan.
You can do this modification to any Polar/Khaitan/Usha/Local as their rotor-strator sizes are same.
@@SOURADEEPBISWAS this one is really greate

How to get a golden flower for that hole on the bottom part
Need to search in fan markets & spare parts shops. Example:- In Calcutta, Wellington market.
Normally that never happens. Before putting any capacitor, identifying is vital because we aren't sure how it'll be like.
Yes the same capacitor when I put in high speed coil or other fan is running fine. I check capacitor always even if it's new.
Nice speed
I think the capacitor you've put has some problems
My capacitor is fine.
