In an alternate timeline, Eli Manning declares early, upsets the only undefeated team since the '72 Miami Dolphins, then defeats Patriots QB Tom Brady to win the Mortal Kombat tournament.
I saw you are now a member to the channel, but I wasn't able to get a shoutout in the video before I finished the edit. Thank you for joining and it means a lot! You're the first member and expect the next video to have you shouted out.
Yes, the CB is #21 Nnamdi Asomugha, who is underrated in his physical abilities. You didn't show the bug that ROLB Eric Johnson has the profile picture of the 49ers TE of the same name. RE#59 is really #54 Sam Williams.
It's so bizarre how low the rookies are rated! I would have expected higher. I guess the later maddens really messed up how I see drafted players. I'll be sure to look into Eric Johnson the next time I get a chance! Should I just chance the names on the players instead of leaving them as is lol
@@dyn-chise - I went in, because I have no life, and: • named everyone I could. I think the Giants have a rookie QB I couldn't find info on, or that was Madden 03. • went into free agency and sent players to the correct teams. • made week one rosters as accurate as possible, like sending Lawyer Milloy from the Patriots to the Bills. • created UDFA players who were good and used future Madden games to give them adjusted ratings and appearance. For example, I think 04 is the rookie year for Antonio Gates, James Harrison and some other great talents. Not sure if it was also Dallas Clark, Robert Mathis and some others. Each game starts to blur for me as I have done them all (02-08). • tried to adjust uniforms/equipment for players who are very incorrect so they look more like real life. It is a lot of work but worth it and looks nicer with the right equipment and rosters, etc.
I'm so going to look forward to this series. This was my first Madden. O5 is all time fav because I'm a Ravens fan lol. I liked that Lamar had the cover couple years ago
Madden 05 👌 I remember when I got that game and played the crap out of it. I wish they still made them with the off-season mode like these games. It was simple, but also in-depth.
The Raiders have a great team to start and if you can get through all the older guys retiring after the season. You can get some talent but you need to draft a lot of good young guys to keep it going.
@@dyn-chiseoh hell yessssssss believe me you'll have a blast create your own player put him on any college team race for the Heisman see where you can have your team at in the rank prolls
This is the 3rd video in a row I've watched of yours that had something Sam Madison related. Tom Brady career (Sam Madison pick) I think Dolphins? 2k5 franchise (Traded for Sam Madison) and now this video (Sam Madison pick). You love to see it.
I love me some Sam Madison! I know Surtain gets a lot of recognition, rightfully so because they were both very good, but I've always been a Madison fan more! Happy he got a ring with the Giants!
@@dyn-chise I'll always prefer Surtain just cause I'm a Chiefs fan, and of course. But I've also always loved Sam Madison. One of my favorite football troupes growing up was the lockdown secondary. 2 TOP TIER defensive backs, whether it's 2 corners, or a corner and a safety. It's always just been so awesome to see a truly shutdown secondary.
I threw the game on, in honor of this video, and ran a 32 team franchise sim so that there wouldn't be any bias in results and they went 14-2, bye, smoked teams in the playoffs and beat... the Buccaneers in a rematch Super Bowl. The normal retirements: Gannon, Rice, Brown, Romonowski, Rod Woodson. Not RT Kennedy or others.
You know what's funny. I did the exact same thing. I wanted to make sure this was a playoff team so I simulated once and they went 14-2, but when I decided to record... They just kept winning and I got nervous 😳 I wanted them to go 16-0.
Do you play all your games as sim? I’m still on the fence about doing full Madden franchise. My channels is in a weird spot because I was doing classic gaming then sports gaming then switched over to streaming COD and just not working. Watching a lotta Miles Dawkins 24/7 got me thinking about doing a full Madden channel.
In the beginning I used to play them, but I felt that it didn't really suit the style of content I wanted to create. I say stick to one game and build an audience off of that before testing the waters with something else. I think more importantly, try and understand what kind of videos you enjoy making because when you have fun, we have fun. That's the reason I stopped playing each game and siming them is because I found it more fun. It also lets me make fun edits for videos. Hope that helps in some way.
@@dyn-chise that sounds like a good plan. I have some footage I’ve been sitting on for a while now no other Classic Madden Creator is doing at the moment. I’m going to take your advice and see where it goes from there. Thanks for the reply. And definitely earned a sub from me. Keep up the good work
For simulation only videos, I don't change the sliders. In my 2K5 videos I do have custom sliders, but only because I do play the playoffs. Since I found that CPU vs CPU in that game is terrible. There'll be like 7-8 interceptions combined, low scoring, or just boring.
Do NOT sleep on TE Teo Johnson. He wore #5 at Stanford - and I think palyed WR there - but would wear #82 with the Raiders. 1. 82 speed is second at the position behind only Jeremy Shockey at 84 and ahead of the Tony Gonzalez at 80. 2. His 75 catch rating is 9th highest ranked catch rating (16th when listed by catch), is equal to rookie Jason Witten and veteran pass catcher Wesley Walls. it is a great number for a progressing rookie in a game that allows you to use Mini Camp to improve. With old WRs, it is best to put Teo Johnson in the catch drill and go for gold. 3. He is 6'5" with 92 Jump, second only to tony Gonzalez at 94 and ahead of Shockey at 90. He might be the second best "cheese" player in the game behind Michael Vick. He out runs LBs and out leaps everyone to haul in passes. Give him that mini camp drill, add to his catch rating, and launch moon balls to him like the second coming of Randy Moss with that 6'5" frame and 92 jump rating.
I had really high hopes for Teo Johnson because I saw his speed! He's still very young so you never know how important he'll be in this series. But yes, he seems like a cheat code! 👀
@@dyn-chise - When you user control, he super is. He is a target to trade for if you aren't the Raiders. He is a target in fantasy draft franchise too.

Worth keeping at SS.
It appears you are playing on Game Cube. Any chance you will have NCAA 2004 with a roster file so you can import draft classes?

I think 2K has the better sim stats, but I think player progression is better in M04 since in 2K5 it's predetermined.
