Your control over that angle grinder is unreal. I did not have the steadiness to cut a circle like that when I made my own version of this stove. Instead, I had to take a very worn out grinding wheel that could fit inside a rough cutout and worked my way outward toward the line. In retrospect, I should have just used a big bimetal hole saw... Live and learn, I suppose. Nevertheless, this stove gets really hot. Did yours reach a point where it started glowing red near the fuel inlet?

There's definitely some kind of fan, that's hidden on the left side that pushes the air deep towards right side below the utensil area. Otherwise, involving all laws of physics, it's difficult for me to explain why air gets rushed there underneath.
No that’s thermodynamics. The fire sucks fresh air from above to be able to burn, so there is a constant airflow in to the system. Because the gases need an escape it goes the only way left: through the oven. English isn’t my first language so I’m not sure if I could explain it understandable, but if you’re interested in the physics just look up pyrolyseoven, because this is the most practical and fancy one I’ve ever seen. First the wood will burn upwards producing coal and than it will be burn downwards again burning the coal (or you put water on it as soon the wood burned up and get the coal you can use as a very good soil. This way the CO2 maintain bound and there is no air pollution - pretty neat device because it allows you to use the heat for cooking while you recycle your woodscraps out the garden.)

I like the idea, however, when this stove is lit it probably smokes a lot from wood chute until exit pipe is hot. I would suggest to make wood feed tube be made on 45 degree angle. I would also add a small 1" hole( with a sliding cover) on the same side as glass, to light wood with a torch. I would also add an extra layer of metal on the bottom(in or outside) of burning chamber, to prevent burnout. Otherwise, this is a really good idea for a small stove. 🇨🇦🤔🤔👍

No front blower. High chimney due to the difference in wind pressure will automatically suck in and go up the chimney. In the video, there is a part where I filmed a fire, you can watch it again

Wood stoves are used for heating areas and cooking on. Making a stove that small is worthless for heating any area. Cannot load enough wood for any meaningful burn times. Even if all this is intended to be used for is cooking. It is still not good. Far bulkier and heavier than needed for cooking and way to small for heating an area. What's the point? Could have displayed your skills, making a Woodstove of meaningful size for function. It's too small to take camping to heat a tent, far too big to take just to cook on.

The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.
the direction of the wind is a little off. i think you used a fan. in reality if there is not enough wind, then the fire will go up and to the sideway. then it will create a lot of smoke.

I use a square iron with a width of 10 cm, the length of the kitchen is 30 cm, the louver has a diameter of 6 cm, the chimney has a diameter of 7.5 cm. Ashes are removed when the door is opened.

I disagree. I've seen many rocket stove designs and similar to this with top feeding chute and none of them burn top to bottom.

Galanised is a terrible idea, nasty stuff to weld, the funes from burning are gonna be nasty too, its a nice idea but definitely pulled off very ropey

Nah just turn up the heat to weld galvanized and don't breathe the fumes. Or just grind it first and there's no issue.

If you make 3 parts, the smoke will still be circulated and the heat from the smoke will be retained on the stovetop
