I wonder if Kevin did use his Meta-Morph activated form against HoTE on the Moon considering he said that form would've wiped out everything on earth had he activated it which is no surprise as he even cooled down the earth's atmosphere for a year iirc when he became a MANTIS and defeated the PE Herrscher of Flame.
late reply but iirc all the battles that had happened in their era, including the final battle on the moon, damaged the earth beyond recognition to the point that it took the whole planet and machines left behind, 50k years just to terraform/restore itself to its initial form so it can sustain human life once again, that's just how dangerous Kevin and FCs members could get if they wanted to
