@@DHRME had a question, if I get a galaxy buds 2 pro for a very cheap price same as the mid range earphones should I go for that or should I pick from the mid range earphones you guys suggested? Also the edifier neo buds pro are not in the list so I am hoping all the mid range you guys suggested are better that edifier neo buds pro :)
I do not have the luxury of having tried all of these ear buds, but here is what I carry: Apple Pro 2 and Apple 4NC. If you are an Apple user, these are really good. Of course, they are somewhat expensive. I also have the Bose Ultra, which I love wearing. I have not suffered the connection problems that you mention. Again, expensive even when on sale. But, I love Bose products and use their headphones, as well. As for the hook style earbuds, I love my Shokz. They work great. I wish I could try them all, but my family already think I am nuts.
Also, nobody asked me, but here's my short review on PixelBudsPro2 (compared to my Huawei Freebuds Pro 3 - but I biased :D) -I think ANC is almost perfect, definitely Tier S. -transparency is also perfect, I get a tiny little more robotic sound than I'd expect, it's not really robotic actually but there is a different. -sound is great but the Huawei Freebuds 3 are just richer in general. I know what bass and trouble are, I know less about terms like mids, highs and lows but you can tell the Pixelbuds are more crispy or harsh. I tried UA-cam videos, music literally head to head with both earbuds. Not sure if it's the codecs (my Freebuds are set to LDAC but the source wasn't). -gestures are almost perfect again. Swiping the buds from back to front and vice versa can sometimes be tricky as you may pick the buds out of the ears if you knock the edges. -battery life is DEFINITELY BETTER on the Pixlbuds. -I would probably say the Pixelbuds are more comfortable, too. -mulitpoint is slightly different. With the Freebuds you can listen to one source and start the other source on it's speaker (like why should I stop my music if I only want to listen to a voice message...?) BUT: I find the Pixelbuds Pro 2 way more future proof (obviously they are 1 year newer) with LE Audio and AuraCast options and there are features the Huaweis don't have, like FindMy or speak to pause .
I've just picked up the Tozo earrings. First impressions are very positive. The sound is on par with the aerofit 2's, and the case is very pocket friendly. Less than half the price too.
Excellent breakdown on some of the best wireless earbuds in the world!! Loving how the low-budget category is getting more competitive in leaps and bounds. Keep it up Gentlemen!!
I'll add a option for hook style . Cleer arc 3 . They are the best sounding hook style buds and have some fantastic quality of life features .voice commands work just as well as the voice commands on the galaxy buds pro 3 .Dolby Atmos actually works great . Well worth a look
Just researching a pair of phones to replace my Soundcore Life P3s which have been great, but are getting pretty beat up and seem to be discontinued. I think you've sold me on the Earfun Air Pro 4 -- my wife has the 3s, and loves them. All that aside, though, I'm enjoying your channel because you're thorough, thoughtful and hilarious. Thank you for these excellent discussions!
Yep.. Jabra elites are awsome. Got them from your earlier recommendation. Keep up the good work. But a critical feedback to you. There should be a way to evaluate the buds that don't fit someone. Cheers mates.
@@DHRME thank you so much that was a very helpful comment as features that are easy to use do matter to me a lot, which one would u go for among Edifier Neo buds pro, earfun air pro 4, realme buds air 6 pro or anything else? I have used edifier earlier but lost one bud in an aeroplane. I use s24 ultra but can't spend for premium earbuds.
The Baseus is a good open bud. I thought about trying the premium brands but I’m not sure if there is a big difference in sound quality. I have the AirPods 4 non noise cancellation. I love them - they are my daily use buds.
You're truly the must-have reviewers on UA-cam! Your explanations are trustworthy and easy to understand, which is refreshing. I'm so tired of titles like "Best Earbuds 2024" with AI Voice that don't offer any real analysis. Really clever title : which one to buy ❤
Thanks you two nice Audio guys. I would have expected the Nothing Ear Stick and the 1MORE S31 Open Ear. But there are so many good headphones... I agree with you about the Sony LinkBuds S, it really is first class. Have a nice weekend😎
Hey DHRME...Spigen have launched a new set of headphones called SA-HP P10. I can't find a single review on UA-cam yet. I think this would be quite value for money considering their pricetag.
Just wondering if had any software updates for the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 since its release in June? And any recent updates for the Gen 1? Nice to know what your preferences are in ear buds. 🙌
Huawei Free Clip mic is at Plantronics Voyager level, and the fit and comfort level is a perfect match for mg wife. Her OnePlus Buds 3 has been relegated to 3rd choice for her work. As for myself, QCY C30 will do for now. I never thought I would like clip style ear buds, but I do. I still use my in-ear type for different purpose. The bicycle, popsicle, test*** videos are 👍🫡
I wanted to love the jabra but for whatever reason the ANC didn’t block anything no matter the tip I used. Maybe I was doing something wrong but they just didn’t work but would have loved for them to be good for me.
Surprised you chose the Edifier over the Soundcore in that category after the way you raved over the Soundcore 4 in a previous video? I am now confused what Mrs Christmas should bring me? She was all set to bring me the Soundcore Liberty 4's. As a great cartoon always said......'you pesky kids'. Lol. Great video. Many thanks.
@@DHRME Just got my pair. They fit very well. The anc (after setting it to the highest level) is on par with the bose qc2s. Transparency is good but voice occlusion is still there to some extent and so my own voice sounds a bit muffled. Wonder if there's a setting for that to improve. Overall super happy as I have a oneplus fold. I just wish they had a tap to pause/play instead of squeeze.
There is no good cheper "in ear buds" with no leg extension? Like jabra, momentum 4, technics, pixel, sony xm5.... All cheaper have leg extension except midrange old sony linkbuds s.... I just want them to use in the helmet with good transparency mode and call quality... All those with leg extension I used was unstable in the helmet...
Is the edifier neo buds pro not as good as the earbuds you mentioned? Or did you guys just didn't put it in the list because they are old? Fast reply will be helpful for black friday deals😅
How could you recommend Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2 where you guys said that Gen 1 is at better value in your review video? Also, you guys said the Gen 2 Elite 8 is a better upgrade.
Is it worth spending 165 US $ dollars on Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 4 or shall I buy something from mid range ? . Priority are sound quality and ANC and I’m an iPhone user
I am perfectly happy with my Huawei Freebuds Pro 3 (which also scored high in your system) but I tempted to get something more future proof - AuraCast, LE Audio and that kinda stuff. The Freebuds do a perfect job and I have not found contenders that check all the boxes, however they don't have Google FindMy or fast pairing and the above future features I mentioned. The PixelBuds Pro 2 and/or the Sony Linkbuds Fit are my pick - I have the opportunity to try them both. (by the way, I go by the name Zotmund - I just changed my YT handle :) )
Ahh - now I recognize you Zotmund! :) Well, do you really miss LE Audio or Auracast? Huawei has a hi-res codec and that should be enough, unless you wanna listen to airport announcements. :D
@DHRME LE Audio and AuraCast looks promising and sexy for a nerd like me. Not sure it's gonna a thing. By the way, turning earbuds into LE Mode, like the Pixelbuds Pro 2, what does actually happen? I had them for a few days and I couldn't recognize a thing. The sound profile was different but worse.

Love the tozo open ear rings, my only thing is to be sure to push the ball down so it sits in the outer ear canal for best results.
