Rice scrub:
I grind the rice myself using a coffee grinder- you can grind to your own liking. If I have a lot go dead skin, I like to grind it coarse and if it's not so bad- I grind it finely.
Body mask:
If you need more moisture- feel free to add in one spoon of honey. I usually need it but ran out.
Body syrup:
Make it in a large quantity and store for every night use.

Scrub: Crushed rice with milk and rose water. Scrub with lemon.
Mask: Basen, haldi and milk
Moisturizer: Glycerine, rose water and Almond oil.

Step 1 - soak feet in hot water
Step 2 - scrub feet w/ rice flour & milk & rose water
Step 3 - apply mask w/ gram flour & tumeric & milk
Step 4 - apply moisturiser w/ glycerine & almond oil & rose water
i dont want to play with salah by wearing this nail painting. Wearing nail paint is not that beautiful, you can do many things to enhance your beauty just dont do anything that will prevent you from salah.

3)For that yellow paste, use farina,turmeric powder and milk
4)Wrap it up by applying glycerin, almond oil and rose water.

Halo, could you make an english version?
1. Soak hands and feet in warm water.
2. If you have a fungal infection on your feet you can use some apple cider vinegar in the foot soak or if you have smelly feet put black tea in the soak.
3. Mix rice flour/ crushed rice with rose water and use as scrub (can also be scrubbed on with a lemon for helping the discoloration)
4. Make a turmeric, Chickpea flour and milk mask. Mix all the ingredients as shown in the video and leave on the hands and feet for 10-15 minutes.
Cut nails, clean nails and file nails

Guys can you stop arguing with people that think lighter skin is pretty? Its just opinion. This is coming from someone whos tan by the way. If you think white is prettiest, fine, if you think black is prettiest, fine, if you think brown is prettiest, fine. But this is a video on how to lighten your skin which has gotten darker due to circumstances. For this girl, its because she doesnt wear gloves when she washes dishes with dish soap. Its only a problem when someone actively and obviously intended to hurt someone else. Some of yall take things to heart way too much

In an experiment it was shown that only oxygen molecules can reach your nails but not water molecules because they are too large. And for your wudu to be valid, water MUST reach your nails otherwise your wudu will be invalid and hence your prayer will be invalid. For ur kind information My complexion is fair. But after my pregnancy some areas became dark and still it's not recovered. I've 3 children. Youngest one is 1+ year old. I'm suffering this problem from my first pregnancy. I don't try to become white. I just want my previous skin back. Remove this dark spots. That's all.

there wasn’t anything abt turning urself or ur feet white at all. its basically hyperpigmentation and wanting ur feet or ur hands to get back to its "original" form doesn’t mean u want to bleach urself as "white"
