Denuma Miniththuwa bro, The ways showed in the video is not working and changing Sim cards also not working, it can be a hardware problem with your iPhone’s antenna, and you would have to repair it.😊
What if I tell you that I done all of this and I cannot make outgoing calls. I called my network operator and they made a reset, I also tried my SIM card in another phone and it works fine. So problem is definitelly in the iPhone

Elmiepesigan Bro, First check if there is any restrictios on your iPHone about calling or not. Also you can contact your SIM Provider to know if you have accidentally added any restrictions on your SIM Connection or not. These this can cause the issue.☺️
