    I made the collision for my conker war map with this node structure underneath the scene node created from importing my glb file: mesh instance/staticBody/CollisionShape (concave polygon) and generating a trimesh static body based on the original obj file I had imported into blender to create the glb. I then removed the mesh from the instance and it retained the collision shape. If this doesn’t make sense I can upload a short video to explain better.
