I think they hit it out of the pack with the quality of the 25th anniversary card merch. The textures/sparkles of the cards really made you feel like you were always getting something good, rare or not.

StockX. I've bought hundreds of boxes from there and never had any issues. Can get them on eBay too but cheaper on StockX.

Finally pokerev opens my language of cards,I saw these before but didn't want it because I like English or Japanese packs more even though its my language.I remember seeing a charizard,venesaur and blastoise.

I bought one of these when I lived in China (up until a few months ago) and the cards looked sick! I sold the ones worth decent cash to my friends and threw the rest away. I never even knew these were Chinese exculsives!
