Hey everyone. Study tip! Play lofi music in the background while studying. Lofi contains technical flaws such as distortion, hum etc which can trigger the cerebrum and can help students focus on a test. The brain picks out the differences in sound and in turn helps it get into a mindset of focus. Good luck to everyone!! 🤓
its a bit silly, but video game music also helps really good!
Its especially made for 1. not having to focus on the music 2. to not notice how long it plays. Because you can really get lost playing video games, this music should give (kind of) same effect studying, where you not really notice how the time passes. (Did this make sense???)
@@fialeann for sure. Lyrics can definitely be distracting so I’m sure that will help for some people as well 🙂
I can attest to this. I’m a nursing student who probably has undiagnosed adhd so it’s hard to concentrate and focus. But lo fi music has been my best friend since I started school. I’m in 3rd semester now and still listening to lofi music
