Bar climbing and cage biting and stuff like that, are signs of that. The hamster you and Madison have are called roboroskis. They really are the cutest! They are the smallest breed of domesticated hamsters, yes they are very small but most are very and active and still need lots of space to run, and burrow. I know they are small but they still need that space. I say "as the hamster grows" because baby hamsters shouldn't be in very large enclosures with wide bars etc, and I'm not sure of the age of the hamster. They do grow but not to large size or in large amounts,
