I’m either the luckiest man or my Xbsx is so broken that I still can launch game script even after updating to latest firmware and being connected to the internet since I downloaded it. 😅
Ah, launching it is one thing - whether the exploit still works is another - try running the code to see if it still works.
The exploit has been closed..game script can't do anything now. My friend. ❤

What sucks is, I have the script already. Just can't get the game or note pad app...
You can still run it with a pico pie etc - at least you got the game script app

Probably not because now if you try to connect to the store it will force you to update, or go offline
did you watch the video? He explained very clearly that you cant go online. First of all, the game script isnt available, second of all, the licenses are being revoked, and lastly, you need to be on older firmware, at least in theory, but cannot complete the prerequisites either way.
If you do it Xbox will realize game script was delisted and restrict access to it

They got me. Purchased a used xbox 1 and it automatically updated to 4909. Am I screwed for now?

I did decide to update my Xbox cuz I do use it a lot but before I updated it I did manage to download the game script and notepad t apps even though I'm in the latest firmware on my Xbox series X I'm still able to boot up these two apps
I think the exploit was not fixed in this update, the app however was removed... i wonder if they will block the app form booting like they did with retroarch and stuff if you keep it updated.
