其時, 金毛虎同黨刼獄成功, 逃往一荒島.飛虎隊與霸王花奉命追捕, 惜盧與簡雙雙不慎中伏, 餘下胡率眾人, 幾經艱險, 終救出簡、盧二人, 把金毛虎等一網成擒.

Hong Kong's police force boasts of two of the world's finest anti-crime task forces-the Flying Tigers and the Banshees. After Madam Sybelle and her Banshees have put ringleaders of a notorious jewelry gang behind the bars, they return to routine training. New recruits to the Banshees - Joey, Phoebe, Ding and Susanna - soon blend themselves into the daily pursuit for tougher and fun. Lo, the anti-terrorist expert, is to inspect the Tigers and Banshees. A strengthened diet of training is introduced amid the moans and groans. Before long, the jewelry robbers escape to a deserted island. The Tigers and Banshees are ordered to capture them......
