Purchased instant dosa batter and made this chutney in 15 min. Saved on expenses that could have spent to purchase breakfast online. Thank you so much. Very tasty 😋 slightly sweet and slightly tangy and crunchy because of tempering. Had a great breakfast. Thank you.
Hi peanut chutney came out yummy. One small request please prefer to use the skin of peanut, badam etc. and advice the same as it has antioxidants, nutrients in abundance. Good for skin, nerves etc. In fact the nutrients doubles when roasted. Taste remains the same so why to remove. Otherwise am a big fan of your recipes and videos, have helped me a lot in cooking. ❤️
I always thought that the skin makes the chutney bitter ...now that you mentioned that the taste remains the same, i will definitely try with the skin...i mean why not skip an unnecessary step !
I made this today and it was soooo good. I had salted skinless peanuts so used that instead of raw and it turned out well. Thanks for the recipe. God bless.
