FINALLY! Someone who knows how to play piano reviews one of these! I've been wondering if this can be used as a "practice" travel piano, even if it isn't the best quality, but if it couldn't play multiple-note chords, it'd be useless. This really, really helped. Thank you so much!

If not, what model do you use? I have tried 2 so far. "Donner" and "Andsf" The second has a very good review rating on Amazon 4.5 stars. Thanks in advance for any help or advice. Ken C.

Phenomenal, I love you blues riffs! Your playing is what made this piango sound so good. For some people this thing isn't suitable, but this review demonstrates what it's capable of when you can really play. Besides, it's a silicone roll up piano, what do people expect. People complaining were probably looking for a cheap beginners keyboard, when something like this needs some previous experience on a real piano. I don't think it was intended to be anything but an on the go, practice keyboard. For that purpose and given the fact that you can literally unfold an 88 key piano when you're out for walk is amazing and worth purchasing. Finally, a way to play piano while walking my dogs

Hi Kris, thank you so much for your review, and for all of your videos. I enjoy hearing you play, keep up the awesome work! I was trying to get in touch with you to enquire more about this keyboard, but it seems that your website is down. Anyway, I'm looking into getting one of these types of keyboards for when I'm on the go, jamming with friends or at get togethers with extended family and such. I would also like to get it for midi use as I have an iPad with a bunch of piano apps on it, but only a 49 key keyboard to use it with. Of course, I would be buying one with the understanding that it's not as good quality as a proper keyboard. And I'm OK with that as I don't play professionally and don't intend to use it in a professional setting.
This being said, I have a few questions, and would greatly appreciate your feedback please on the following:
    1. How easy is this keyboard to use for someone like myself who is blind or visually impaired? Are the keys and buttons on this keyboard easy to feel and identify? I had the chance to test a roll-up midi keyboard at my favourite music store here in Hamilton, Canada, I can't remember which one it was, but it was hard for me to feel the keys.
    2. Were you able to find out whether the keyboard is touch sensitive? If not, and if you are aware of any, could you please suggest me one that is?
    3. I have a sustain pedal that I use with my current keyboard, and was wondering whether the Piango can be used with a sustain pedal other than the one which it came with?
Many thanks in advance for your responses! Take care, and again, please keep up the awesome work!

Not a good introduction to the real activity whatsoever. Anyone with real potential or interest will be totally discouraged by this immediately. The physical feel of it is most unpleasant. You can get a used keyboard with weighted touch sensitive keys at any pawn shop for equal or less money and have something actually useful.

Great review!! I've watched you and another guy review these things, and I'm convinced that it's basically a miss. In order for it to sound good at all, you had to bypass the internal sounds and use it as a MIDI controller to good piano VST apps. The ads make it seem like it would sound good and be fun to play right out of the box. Even as a controller, it's not velocity sensitive, so Chopin nocturnes are out. If it costs the same as a basic hammer action digital piano, it's probably a better investment to swing by a local music store and pick one up.

It’s awesome when a masterful musician does a review on these types of products. I literally was going to purchase one of these, and now I absolutely will not. At least not at this point. The idea of a rollup keyboard is great, and very convenient. However, a true to heart musician would seriously have a hard time with that touch response (or lack there of) sound quality to me is not such a big deal as long as it’s MIDI compatible, but even with that being said most musicians don’t just play and hear the music, but they also “feel” the music, so again touch and response matters.

I have been looking for an affordable piano for learning purpose. I mean i always wanted to learn piano and i cannot afford real piano because im just a student without income or anything, i just have my savings money from monthly supply from my parents. Im thinking this is waayy better than just buying a keyboard, or even better than nothing. Can you guys give me some advice, thank you.

Would this be a good tool for a beginner?? I’m thinking of getting one to learn on during lockdown and I don’t really have the space for anything bigger.
    Thank you!

Most people say this is not touch sensitive
And In the beginning you need to just start and learn to play as much as you can
I don't know whether this is good for you, but you need to just start learning because there are so many things to learn in the beginning
