Definitely check out The Moose Cafe next time you're in Asheville. It's right next a huge flee market that's there year round. Lot's of fresh fruits and vegetables and an overall cool environment. As for the Moose Cafe, it's homestyle restaurant with amazing southern food including a massive biscuit served before your meal with homemade apple butter!

As an NC native, heart did hurt a little bit when you called The Biltmore and Biscuit Head “tourist traps.” Tourist destinations, sure but traps? 😭😭 Also, Omni Grove Park Inn is an incredible, historic inn - but it’s separate from The Biltmore. Definitely worth a visit for dinner or drinks on the Sunset Patio… Cheers!
Definitely using this as a guide for my first trip to Asheville! Just moved to Charlotte from Michigan! I’ve already checked out some things close by like Catawba falls and the linville caverns. Would definitely recommend! (Caverns are not doggo friendly though). Keep it up rich homie!
