Despite having been hypnotized a lot of times, having read a lot about the theory and practice of hypnosis and being an amateur hypnotist too, I'm always in love with the magical representation of hypnosis between XIX and early XX century. This video was the closest thing to being hypnotised by a villain in an early Hollywood movie, I loved it so much! 😀
I just hope in real life I'd be more reactive than I was now. I was ready to fall asleep and: "Is she taking my watch/bracelet/money?"

The bells going off right as the hypnotizing starts was so subtle and added to the ambience!

With all due respect, in my opinion that is just straight up creepy
@@josemorenofernandez2597 I understand were you're coming from, but this is me playing along with the this role play. If you read my comment it was specifically directed at the character Bella is portraying which is why I used the pronoun "she". If I meant it to be directed at Bella specifically I would have use "you" instead.
This would be like me not being able to differentiate between Bella and the character she is portraying.
@@DragonofShadows666t's true, the context of the comment has to be applied to the character of the video. Taking out the "Hi Bella" it should be obvious that this is directed to the character. It would be another thing if you said the same thing in a video where she isn't portraying a character like in the following the light one.
Thanks for being clearer about it, I didn't actually realize you were playing a role. Maybe I should have read more closely, but it still seems ambiguous to me. Anyway, have a nice one and thanks again.

I guess the hypnotized or those that fell asleep early on will forgive the anachronisms and geographical inexactitudes: we have pounds not dollars in Britain though notes were worth a lot back then. Wrist watches became popular in the 20th century but cheap digital watches arrived in the late 1970s. I don’t believe well-spoken women or even women generally had pierced noses either in that era. Great performance though.
