Does anybody know who is singing the high-pitched part in ERROR? I doesn't sound like DPA and they didn't have this in earlier perfomances.
I've always heard those vocal parts. It's a backing track of Dany who handles most or all the high parts in studio. Pau and Ale can't always cover live. Check their live performances of 23, Dany is actually singing the high part as Pau handles the lead vocal. Dany is a phenomenal vocalist.
Ah thanks, I can't remember hearing it before. Maybe it's more prominent in the mix here or my hearing just sucks - probably the latter (too much drumming over the years). 😁
@@QuintupletGroove definitely more prominent in the mix here. They pro-cam recorded this song to make a live vid so I think they pumped the backing tracks for ambient live mics to pick up good volume instead of just mixing the backing tracks on to the master recording strait off the board from a digital source. Then they'll mix and balance it for release. I think that's what they did for Hell You Call Dream live.
