- A short video of mine and Kacy's culinary adventures at Singapore's Changi Village following a recent hike in Pulau Ubin. Including great craft beer and local snacks such as deep-fried cempedak (a relative of jackfruit) - the world's largest tree-borne fruit!

The Place
MIllion Star Fried Banana is located on the south side of the Hawker’s Centre near the walkway between two rows of shops.
Little Island Brewing Co. is a short walk from the bus terminal at Changi Village on the right as you head down the slope toward the bridge that connects with the beach park.
Travel Logistics
To get to Changi Village you can take Bus 29 from either Tampines Interchange or Tampines East MRT Station (around 25 minutes).

Singapore has Ghib Ojisan ( Japanese take on SG ) Now we have Richard ( Brits take on SG ). Locals love such content.
Hahaha! He's way more popular (and professional) than me!

It' chempedak or cempedak depending on if it's the old or new bahasa spelling
Those are Scandinavian prices you are paying in that microbrewery. Hope the staff are getting paid Scandinavian wages....
Beer in Singapore is not cheap. And I doubt it!
Asia Hikelopedia Even the burger cost the same as you would pay in Stockholm or Copenhagen. Oslo is probably more expensive , but they are filthy rich...
You said it. At current prices Singapore is arguably the costliest place. That's because of the influx of extremely HNI attracted to Singapore's stability.
Richard are you a closet millionaire ? You didn't even bat your eyes or wince at the outrageous prices.
I am, when I'm in Indonesia!
