This is a such a great game. I will try it on Monday with middle school 8th graders. Fingers crossed that it doesn’t get out of hand.
I did the relay and throw down this week for the first time. They loved it. I even built them before they arrived to class and were AMAZED at how I built them and excited to learn how to make one.

What size hula hoops do you use? What is the best place to get them at the cheapest price?
For this game doesn't matter - but if you're hula hooping I'd get 36" because they're way easier to hoop with. Normally I order from S&S Worldwide

Would have like to see the game in motion being played by the children.
I play it so much, I am a great destroyer and my friends and I love this even though we are grade 6

How many blockers can block a hula hut? Just 1 or many?
up to you - I don't set a limit
When does the game, or a round of the game end?
whenever you want, you can either put a timer up (5 minutes) or just call it when you run out of time or when you think is appropriate.

How many hula hoops do you use for this game?
All of them :-) , we've got 48
How many kids do you recommend on each team?
Split the class in 1/2 it works well with large groups so 60 kids 30/30 or small groups 20 kids 10/10

Become a Destroyer or a Protector

Yep, I'd love to, but we don't have media consent for all students, so it gets a little tricky
How does scoring work in this game?
Like your games, especially ice and fire tag, it brought kids lot fun in china
