hey guys, what happens if I shot before turning the wheel? do I spoil that last photo or the camera doesn't capture anything and it's safe? Im nervous about it 😢

Hey! When you wind the advance wheel does the wheel eventually stop? If not, it means you haven't loaded the film properly. Also, the H35 view counter is a little hard to read! It could be working properly but just challenging to see. Hope it helps!
I love the idea of a new half frame camera, but I can’t help but wish I could control the shutter speed and aperture. The Olympus Pen F is a great example, multiple shutter speeds, a genuine slr viewing system and removable lenses. But they are very expensive and quite old.
Hey Alan, your little red flash indicator sounds like it's broken. Your camera should be working otherwise! The only true way to test this is to finish off your film roll and get it developed. Hope your camera is okay!
hello, i took some pictures but i realised that the shot counter wasn’t working. Now it’s moving and i wanted to ask you whether the shots I already took are okay or not, especially because I opened the camera two or three times and I don’t know if the film is ruined. thank you
Hey! Okay so the shot counter on this is a little annoying. It’s hard to read, often times it is working correctly but doesn’t look like it’s moving. If you opened the back, unfortunately the photos you took are overexposed and ruined. However, the rest of the photos in the film roll are still totally fine. So you could continue to take photos with the rest of those shots! Hope that helps 😊
Do you have to twist that thing everytime for shooting ? I mean the one makes noise and has an arrow sign on top of it. Because I have the same camera and I am not able to shoot if I wont twist that thing. but I see no one else repeatedly does this ? could you help me to find out what is the problem ?
Hey! Yes every time you take a photo you must twist the advance wheel until it stops. This will advance your film to the next frame. Hope that helps and best of luck!
Hello, after you take 1 photo you will have to advance the wheel to take a second. You can’t take a shot twice on one frame. I know the little film counter is hard to read! Just take a shot then wind when your ready to take the next photo. Hope that helps!
Hey! So, at my local film developer they will scan the digital negatives for me for a small fee. See if your local film developer does the same! Another option is trying out the Kodak Mobile Film Scanner. These are about 40$ USD and a lot of people have success with them. Good luck and thanks for watching! the red light doesnt light up but flash still works so is it even taking the picture?
