I bought the minecraft story mode from you for the Xbox one. Didn't realize you were the seller until after I purchased the game. Was waiting to see you pull it on your videos. Love the content.
Hi CP John, Thank you for the informative reseller hints, hunts & tips! My husband & I spend evenings watching & learning from you, from CWP Kevin, SFlips Lonnie, & a bunch of others. We don’t want a store (yet) but we’ve been listing like crazy.. Quick question...where are the links you’re putting “down below” & talk about? I’m on an iPad usually, sometimes an iPhone & oftentimes on a desk top. I see your merch ads & comments but not seeing the links. Keep up all the great work (fun!) & we’ll keep watching! Thank you, Eglldy🦅
Cincinnati native, now living in Northern Kentucky (Ft Mitchell) here. I have been on eBay for quite some time, but mostly dealing with sports cards, Pokémon cards, Yu-Gi-Oh card, etc. I am now expanding my horizons into the reselling game, and had a few questions. Are all of your listings buy it now, or do you ever do auctions? How do you decide which listings of yours have free shipping versus which ones you add shipping?
13:48 was your neighbor sharpening ice skates? The sound reminds me of when i worked in the pro shop. Or is he your neighbor with the lawnmowers? Sharpening the blades?
Hey John I started reselling about a year ago and I only did local pickups with the stuff I sold on Facebook but I recently started selling on eBay and I was wondering if you have any tips for selling online?
The Playmobil train car came from a store chain I used to work for back 98-00 The Great Train Store. It was a great job I was an assistant store manager. That's where I bought my first liquidation buy out.
Hi there i am 13 years old and i live in the Nederlands. I have a question. How old was you when you started with ebay. I really liked this videos and i am also started in the netherlands with selling on marktplaats that is a kind of the same thing as ebay. Keep up the good work.
When I work for the online company where we sold antique military items and I would do patches or pieces of paper that were small I would do this but I would also put the items in a small clear plastic sleeve just in case it's split over and got caught by the tape
I would also use a lot of the post office small envelope package as they give support and some resistance especially when you folded them and taped it down
Thank you John for all you do it’s so great to watch your videos and the way you share other peoples stores and channels that’s awesome thank you so much
Hi John, do you ever do lots of numerous items put together to sell? If so, on eBay, what is the best way to list? How do you list 4 items being sold together so buyers can find each item? Thanks in advance. By the way, I love watching and learning from you. Thanks for taking us with you from start to finish.
Hey john Its me again Jose I have two questions today. How do u take off the tags and the little stickers off the products. And what games do u look for at garage sales. A answer would be nice thank you
Love all your videos and very helpful. My girlfriend and I have just started reselling. Was wondering if you could show how you handle shipping the bigger products; big toys, bigger copper products, etc... would appreciate it very much, thank you!
I went to buy the lighter in the case, but before I could check out, it was sold! I have been rewatching Mad Men while at home, and it inspired me to try to buy a lighter.
Question for people in the comments and John. I just started making vinyl decals. How do yall ship stickers etc. First class? And what materials do yall use. Thanks and love the videos! 😁
@@hustlinhooks how do you handle that if you don't purchase shipping through ebay but want to ship first class the po doest give tracking. Doesn't ebay require tracking to be given to the buyer?
@@lauttus yes, you should provide tracking, if you dont, its a negative on your seller metrics. You can upload tracking manually or by scanning the barcode from your eBay mobile app.
Hey John when people buy stuff from your antique booth and you're not there how do they pay for your stuff if you're not there to give the money to love the videos keep up the good work
8:57 Thank you for the good deal and shout out we appreciate it 🤓💯 it will be going on the Hollywood Shed 15:16 your neighbor might be doing it on purpose
Your Explanation on each Item You ship is very Interesting indeed and also what You use to Ship - we always enjoy Your Videos and Yes - we thought that the Patches were REAL !!!! We love it and many-many Cheers from all of us here in Australia !!!!
I shipped a metal sign like the Jeff Gordon sign that you had in his video, it was packed in very well but by the time the buyer got it it was totally destroyed. I had to refund the buyer there money but I was able to get my money back thanks to the my claim against the post office. Good luck at shipping your sign
Hey John I got a question. I recently went to big Garage Sale and I was in the process of negotiating on a deal with a seller. Some guy starts to scream that I should pay the seller more money because I was gonna resell it...making a huge fuzz and being rude. I walked away from the situation but I was wondering if something like that ever happen to you? if so how did you handle it?
Long time watcher and subscriber. My question is on puzzles. Do you actually put together used puzzles to determine they are complete, or do you count the pieces? I've always passed on used puzzles because of the risk of being missing pieces.
I really enjoy your videos. I've been living vicariously through your videos this garage sale season. Great fun and great information. I love your enthusiasm and kindness. I noticed when you shipped the patches in the poly mailer on this video, you gave the weight and 'guestimated' the shipping cost. I've had problems trying to get accurate shipping costs through ebay with flat envelopes since they don't offer first class envelope shipping, only first class parcel shipping. Do you use the ebay online shipping to create your label or do you take it to the post office? Thanks for your hard work. - Marianne
Gr8 sales for the week John... The Patches sold for good money $$ and I'm wondering were they rare or highly collectable?? Reason I ask is because I have some patches that are really controversial and I probably wouldn't be allowed to sell on ebay they are from Indiana and a group based out of here... Well done Stay safe homie...👍💕🔥⚾😷✌
Hi I really enjoy watching your videos buying and selling. Do you have an xbox 360 console and all the attachments. If you do please let me know how much.
what’s going on i sent you a message on Instagram about some baseball gloves i got at a garage sale can’t find too much info on 3 of the 5, would love if you didn’t mind trying to help me out that would be much appreciated! love the content!
Thank you John from the bottom of our hearts for such kinds words! Appreciate you taking the time!
Shout out to John for being the only UA-camr* I’ve ever seen to actually always put the links in the description 🔥
It is so nice.
When I was stationed in Germany, the local tailors would make patches specifically as unit patches and we could technically use them.
As long as they met the standards. Sometimes the tailors would have their shops on the bases. It was very convenient

Digging that you go through a weeks worth of sales in a single video. Thanks for the content and plethora of comps of your business.

What is your reasoning behind labeling/organizing your tubs? Ex. You have some patches in B1 and some patches in F1.

I have a store on eBay but don't get coupons for supplies.
Not sure why, but Golden Finger Picker's channel doesn't have any content...
Whoops! I guess he took them down 🤔
Yep, says the same for me as well.

You can sandwich them in-between scrap pieces of cardboard for safe delivery, yes first class, should cost you less than $5 per shipment.

When you sell hats do you clean them? Or do you just stay away from hats that may be a little worn out?
I had no idea patches would bring that much money. What an easy thing to ship.
Subscribed. I hope you get them to 1k at least. You’re a good person for helping people out like that. Keep being awesome.
What advice you have for young resellers
Thanks for answering our question John

What software you use to sell on ebay?
Wow! You have done really well on the patches so far
Running through your videos while I share my Poshmark closet.
I live in California am I still able to get something from your ebay
Seriously, everyone should check out Mojo Casher! AMAZING PEOPLE. Do it

Do you test every game before selling and if not do you put not tested in the description? Thank you and love watching your videos.
John. Who did your animated logo at the beginning of you videos? Loving the content
What ever happened to that collection of records you bought?

Smart to use a desk top tape dispenser - although it is amusing to watch You Tubers fumbling around with tape guns.
Love the videos, you inspired me to start mine.
