I can usually gauge what year Jay made each individual beat just by listening to the snares. Some of the snares on these beats were used on beat tapes that have been circulating for years now.
Jordan Henderson on the RAW RAW version of this track he hums the baseline from the beat before the track begins, like it was an idea he had and he was trying to jot it down and work on something else
