That thought did cross my mind so thank you for this clarification. I feel like the 2023 bags are a lot better than past years in terms of value. I remember watching lots of unboxing videos where people generally got the dollar value that was advertised.

@anavkx I purchased the XL and my Mom purchased the Large. We have almost all the same products but different shades. Both a lip liner. Both a lipstick. Both an empty compact. Both a blush single. Both a brush. Both a good molecules. Both a palette (mine may have $10 more retail) I paid twice as much. I will only be keeping kitche scrunchies which I don't like the brand or the color and the good molecules. No high end skin care or hair care. I think they sent me the Large. I'm so confused
Sonia G brushes were a game changer for my eye makeup. I save up to buy them when I can. They're one of the few luxury brushes I think are worth the price. Especially since she has smaller ones for hooded eyes 👍

Angel you are right. Sepia is a yellow to orangey colours. Kind of like Gray Scaling. It involves layers of yellowish and deep orange and is to resemble an Antique picture. Sorry it is the Artist in me. Give me makeup and art and I will be so happy. LOL ❤

I purchased the LX bag and it came today. I received the Sonia G brushes too, but mine was the fusion eye set and that was a huge surprise. I received the same Wayne Goss lippie as you and I received the Hindash Pallette plus a few other items but I am so disappointed that I didn't receive a ND Pallette as there were a few out there so I am trying to swap with someone who might be interested in the Hindash Pallette. But the brushes really shocked me my box value equaled $393.00, definitely not a bad bag at all.

I got great box too. I got the same hindash palette, charlotte tilbury face quad, Natasha denona blush and highlight duo, Wayne goss lipstick and liner duo, unit eye brush set and good molecules hydration oil. Love it. The charlotte tilbury quad made it for me

I got the regular bag for the first time last year and got a really good value for my $75 (over $225). This year I had the cash to get the XL and even though the value is well above the $300 promised, I think I was happier with my previous smaller bag. Still there are things I like that cover the actual cost I paid, and I did get a Sonia G. face brush, so was it at least worth the gamble. I say take the win those brushes, it's not like Beautylish is going to demand them back!
I feel Beautylish sent the big box to the right person because you being happier and happier while unboxing it was the best ad ever XD Also I talk super fast when excited, today I received some cute jewelry and knitted customized props and I was literally dancing and pirouetting at my office, showing everybody what I got. XDD
Wayne Goss is a fantastic brand and I've loved everything I've tried: eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick, gloss, blush highlighter and of course the brushes. The only fail for me is the lip pencil. It's just too hard to work for me. Maybe I got bad ones but I ordered two right when they dropped. Anyway please don't judge that brand by the lip pencils! My husband gave me the Sonia G travel set for my birthday last year and I absolutely love it. I had a couple of odd ball brushes from the brand but having the full set made me realize how great the designs really are and how they work together to do any makeup task.
While I was watching this, you got the Sonia G brushes I stopped and went and signed up for next years bag! Your expression was absolutely priceless. I am so happy for you, what a great lucky bag!

I have Sonia G fundamental brush sets for eyes and they are the best of the best in the high-end market in terms of quality and craftsmanship hence the price tag and they (and Wayne Goss brushes) are NEVER on sale… so you are incredibly lucky to have them 😊 and I’d like to see you do a full face makeup using them ❤Beautylish excels at customer services and dare I say it’s always been a pleasure dealing with them.
I'm in a group and this exact box has been received by others so it has nothing to do with how you are or that you have a channel. These boxes are totally random. You just got really lucky. I have seen 4 of these Beautylish lucky bag unboxing videos now, and you definitely got the best one. I don't think I would ever get one because of the chances of getting products I would never use or duplicates of things I already have. The only way to write those risks off is if you definitely get $75 worth of things you want and/or would use, and you can't guarantee that. All fine if you want stuff to give away.

Hi, i got a lucky bag today that was lucky as well. Over 400 in value. Hidash palette, danessa myricks chrome flakes, Natasha denona rose cheek duo, the sonia g sky face set 270 in value just that...and it's one of my only sonia g brushes I don't own completely lol, wayne goss liner and wayne goss lipstick...my first lucky bag but I've spent a grand or 2 at beatylish this year on sonia g brushes and ny lunar brushes etc ...not sure if that matters but I am a strong customer. But wow totally impressed and happy.

I don’t think you got the wrong bag because I get the beautylish either the XL or the regular bag I’ve got it for years I don’t get mystery bags but I get, typically the XL, but sometimes the regular box, every year one, and they always include one Sonia G box, whether you get the regular one or the XL but every year they have people that get EXTRA lucky in either box, and you have to be one of those people, I don’t have any friends, me personally or ever seen someone get a collection of Sonia G brushes, I AM SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU❤️💗💗❤️ I absolutely loved everything in your bag there was one other unboxing I watched I always watch a few after I open mine that I also loved everything a few years back they used to give I got the big $229 Natasha Denona palette everyone did that got the XL bag that year the purple/blue one which I still have & love, of course most people wished that it up in the green/brown one, but I love this one so much more I do have both of them but it’s great I love purples and blues your body video beat this other woman and she did get the XL bag so I don’t know if you did get an XL bag but even if you did if you just had gotten one brush but you also didn’t get that many other products I still think you just got extra lucky which theme I’ve done every single year my box this year was good I got a really beautiful Sonia G brush but I always get eyeshadow brushes I’m dying to try one of the face brushes and I also would love the Hindash palette, but I mean like I said before I this is the only mystery box/bag that I do per year I used to get Boxycharm every month but I just don’t need that much make up and I used to get like all of them two boxes a month and a third one quarterly, for me these bags are really hit or miss but you do typically get the value out of either one this year he said mine was OK not my favorite one but certainly nowhere near my least favorite one I’ve received in the past and I’m always happy for someone I don’t want anyone else to be disappointing just because I wasn’t thrilled with my box it is a gamble and one that I’m fine taking because I did get some good items that I like and I’m so so happy for you again sorry for the really long message, also I didn’t see it at the end yes before you added the brush set it was just a regular Beautylish lucky bag not the XL and then I remembered back when I used to see a lot more people get extra extra lucky hit you suck almost always be a really fancy brush set although I still have never seen a Sonia G set that is incredible❤️💗💗❤️

My $75 bag had $218 in value. I got 3 of the same items you did: Wayne Goss lip liner, lipstick and same Hindash palette, however only got one Sonia G brush, the pro fan. I plan to use everything but the brush. Thank you for filming your box, and glad someone got that brush set in a $75 box! Amazing!
How exciting!! I think the same person packed our boxes! I squealed when I saw a Sonia G face set in my box!! The only difference in our boxes are the shades, and I got a Dynessa Myricks infinite chrome flakes in firefly instead of an Ilia lipstick. I recieved mine today, too. I‘m on the fence with my Box. On one handside I really like the products, on the other handside I hoped for a bit more (especially as I was quite happy with my last years Box). It started good with the face oil and a hair oil, a Sonia G eyeshadow brush (yeah, my first Sonia G brush) and the two Wayne Goss lip products (I really like the colours). But then I got a Bit confused. I saw a Natasha Denona palette, but it was the Baby Gold, too. Everyone else I saw on UA-cam got a Viseart, a Midi Palette from Natasha, Charlotte Tilbury etc. and mine was „only“ a Baby palette. The last product was the Hindash palette (his first one). Don‘t get me wrong I know this is an expensive palette, but the concept never got me really interested. I will give it a fair shot, so maybe I will like/love it.
Wayne Goss Lily is my favorite lipstick color and formula of all time. You will LOVE the lipstick and pencil. I also have that brush set. It is fantastic.

I feel like if you didn't have a youtube channel and didn't spend on many things to review (understandably for your job) - you might have possibly splurged on these brushes (similar to your fashion and fragrance collection) ? Or gotten one or two once in a while like me to start builiding your collection Investing in good brushes over time is what I'm doing - once or twice a year i get an expensive brush - i got the rephr hooded eyes bundle on sale and got one sonia G the mini booster brush - no regrets what so ever. They are all SO PERFECT for hooded eyes. If I need my makeup to look flawless - i use those - not having to fuss or anything
I haven't got to Sonia G level but I decided to invest in good brushes as well and so I got the big Rephyr set and have gradually been adding brushes to that and getting repeats of the ones for hooded eyes as they are so good. I also splurged on the 2021 Christmas set which had the last big powder brush they will be doing and that is so soft.

Wow! What a great box. I purchased the same as you and was happy with mine also...and it didn't include Sonia G brushes! I had the Retro Glam palette, 4 UNITS eye brushes, R+Co High Dive Shine Cream, MOB cream blush and refillable case, Wayne Goss lip liner and lip stick and Good Molecules toner. $221. Not 100% sure that I will use the blush shade, but I still feel that I got value for my money. Congratulations!

I’m so jealous!! I got the big box and I didn’t get one damn brush! I would have been happy with just those lol. I literally already had 80% of what I got in my box. Mental note going forward I’m getting the smaller box and not the XL. Also I had 3 repeats of items I got last year so know that they repeat items year to year.
Boo on repeats! I feel like the bigger boxes are more risk if you already buy a lot of products, though I do feel I got a better return on value with the smaller one from last year as opposed to the XL I got this year.

I purchased the LX bag and it came today. I received the Sonia G brushes too, but mine was the fusion eye set and that was a huge surprise. I received the same Wayne Goss lippie as you and I received the Hindash Pallette plus a few other items but I am so disappointed that I didn't receive a ND Pallette as there were a few out there so I am trying to swap with someone who might be interested in the Hindash Pallette. But the brushes really shocked me my box value equaled $393.00, definitely not a bad bag at all.
That's the greatest lucky bag there ever was. I love the Wayne Goss lip pencil, and Sonia's Fusion set is the GOAT. Congratulations!

I got great box too. I got the same hindash palette, charlotte tilbury face quad, Natasha denona blush and highlight duo, Wayne goss lipstick and liner duo, unit eye brush set and good molecules hydration oil. Love it. The charlotte tilbury quad made it for me

I got the regular bag for the first time last year and got a really good value for my $75 (over $225). This year I had the cash to get the XL and even though the value is well above the $300 promised, I think I was happier with my previous smaller bag. Still there are things I like that cover the actual cost I paid, and I did get a Sonia G. face brush, so was it at least worth the gamble. I say take the win those brushes, it's not like Beautylish is going to demand them back!

Also I talk super fast when excited, today I received some cute jewelry and knitted customized props and I was literally dancing and pirouetting at my office, showing everybody what I got. XDD

Wayne Goss is a fantastic brand and I've loved everything I've tried: eyeshadow, foundation, lipstick, gloss, blush highlighter and of course the brushes. The only fail for me is the lip pencil. It's just too hard to work for me. Maybe I got bad ones but I ordered two right when they dropped. Anyway please don't judge that brand by the lip pencils! My husband gave me the Sonia G travel set for my birthday last year and I absolutely love it. I had a couple of odd ball brushes from the brand but having the full set made me realize how great the designs really are and how they work together to do any makeup task.
While I was watching this, you got the Sonia G brushes I stopped and went and signed up for next years bag! Your expression was absolutely priceless. I am so happy for you, what a great lucky bag!

That’s so awesome Angie particularly the Sonia G brush sets - to tell you the truth I couldn’t believe my eyes either when I spotted that!!! I have Sonia G fundamental brush sets for eyes and they are the best of the best in the high-end market in terms of quality and craftsmanship hence the price tag and they (and Wayne Goss brushes) are NEVER on sale… so you are incredibly lucky to have them 😊 and I’d like to see you do a full face makeup using them ❤Beautylish excels at customer services and dare I say it’s always been a pleasure dealing with them.
I'm in a group and this exact box has been received by others so it has nothing to do with how you are or that you have a channel. These boxes are totally random. You just got really lucky. This was the smaller box. Again you got a lucky box.

I have seen 4 of these Beautylish lucky bag unboxing videos now, and you definitely got the best one. I don't think I would ever get one because of the chances of getting products I would never use or duplicates of things I already have. The only way to write those risks off is if you definitely get $75 worth of things you want and/or would use, and you can't guarantee that. All fine if you want stuff to give away.

Hi, i got a lucky bag today that was lucky as well. Over 400 in value. Hidash palette, danessa myricks chrome flakes, Natasha denona rose cheek duo, the sonia g sky face set 270 in value just that...and it's one of my only sonia g brushes I don't own completely lol, wayne goss liner and wayne goss lipstick...my first lucky bag but I've spent a grand or 2 at beatylish this year on sonia g brushes and ny lunar brushes etc ...not sure if that matters but I am a strong customer. But wow totally impressed and happy.

I don’t think you got the wrong bag because I get the beautylish either the XL or the regular bag I’ve got it for years I don’t get mystery bags but I get, typically the XL, but sometimes the regular box, every year one, and they always include one Sonia G box, whether you get the regular one or the XL but every year they have people that get EXTRA lucky in either box, and you have to be one of those people, I don’t have any friends, me personally or ever seen someone get a collection of Sonia G brushes, I AM SO SO HAPPY FOR YOU❤️💗💗❤️
I absolutely loved everything in your bag there was one other unboxing I watched I always watch a few after I open mine that I also loved everything a few years back they used to give I got the big $229 Natasha Denona palette everyone did that got the XL bag that year the purple/blue one which I still have & love, of course most people wished that it up in the green/brown one, but I love this one so much more I do have both of them but it’s great I love purples and blues your body video beat this other woman and she did get the XL bag so I don’t know if you did get an XL bag but even if you did if you just had gotten one brush but you also didn’t get that many other products I still think you just got extra lucky which theme I’ve done every single year my box this year was good I got a really beautiful Sonia G brush but I always get eyeshadow brushes I’m dying to try one of the face brushes and I also would love the Hindash palette, but I mean like I said before I this is the only mystery box/bag that I do per year I used to get Boxycharm every month but I just don’t need that much make up and I used to get like all of them two boxes a month and a third one quarterly, for me these bags are really hit or miss but you do typically get the value out of either one this year he said mine was OK not my favorite one but certainly nowhere near my least favorite one I’ve received in the past and I’m always happy for someone I don’t want anyone else to be disappointing just because I wasn’t thrilled with my box it is a gamble and one that I’m fine taking because I did get some good items that I like and I’m so so happy for you again sorry for the really long message, also I didn’t see it at the end yes before you added the brush set it was just a regular Beautylish lucky bag not the XL and then I remembered back when I used to see a lot more people get extra extra lucky hit you suck almost always be a really fancy brush set although I still have never seen a Sonia G set that is incredible❤️💗💗❤️

My $75 bag had $218 in value. I got 3 of the same items you did: Wayne Goss lip liner, lipstick and same Hindash palette, however only got one Sonia G brush, the pro fan. How exciting!! I think the same person packed our boxes! I squealed when I saw a Sonia G face set in my box!! The only difference in our boxes are the shades, and I got a Dynessa Myricks infinite chrome flakes in firefly instead of an Ilia lipstick. Enjoy playing with your Sonia G brushes - they are fantastic!
I recieved mine today, too. I‘m on the fence with my Box. On one handside I really like the products, on the other handside I hoped for a bit more (especially as I was quite happy with my last years Box). It started good with the face oil and a hair oil, a Sonia G eyeshadow brush (yeah, my first Sonia G brush) and the two Wayne Goss lip products (I really like the colours). But then I got a Bit confused. I saw a Natasha Denona palette, but it was the Baby Gold, too. Everyone else I saw on UA-cam got a Viseart, a Midi Palette from Natasha, Charlotte Tilbury etc. and mine was „only“ a Baby palette. The last product was the Hindash palette (his first one). Don‘t get me wrong I know this is an expensive palette, but the concept never got me really interested. I will give it a fair shot, so maybe I will like/love it.
Wayne Goss Lily is my favorite lipstick color and formula of all time. You will LOVE the lipstick and pencil. I also have that brush set. It is fantastic.

I feel like if you didn't have a youtube channel and didn't spend on many things to review (understandably for your job) - you might have possibly splurged on these brushes (similar to your fashion and fragrance collection) ? Or gotten one or two once in a while like me to start builiding your collection
Investing in good brushes over time is what I'm doing - once or twice a year i get an expensive brush - i got the rephr hooded eyes bundle on sale and got one sonia G the mini booster brush - no regrets what so ever. They are all SO PERFECT for hooded eyes. If I need my makeup to look flawless - i use those - not having to fuss or anything
I haven't got to Sonia G level but I decided to invest in good brushes as well and so I got the big Rephyr set and have gradually been adding brushes to that and getting repeats of the ones for hooded eyes as they are so good. I also splurged on the 2021 Christmas set which had the last big powder brush they will be doing and that is so soft.
All of the Beautylish Lucky bags I’ve seen have been amazing! Congrats!!!

Wow! What a great box. I purchased the same as you and was happy with mine also...and it didn't include Sonia G brushes! I had the Retro Glam palette, 4 UNITS eye brushes, R+Co High Dive Shine Cream, MOB cream blush and refillable case, Wayne Goss lip liner and lip stick and Good Molecules toner. $221. Not 100% sure that I will use the blush shade, but I still feel that I got value for my money. Congratulations!

I was happy with my box, just opened my box and it was a good one, I did get that ND My Dream Pallet, Holifrog gel cleanser, Good Molecules face oil, Wayne Goss Lipstick and lipliner, Viseart duo blush pallet, and a Sonia G Flat Definer brush. My value was $211
I have watched quite a few unboxings and have only seen the Hindash palette in the $75.00 box. I think you got one of the extra lucky $75.00 boxed. Last year those boxes had a mini fridge in them so maybe this year it is the set of brushes.

I’m so jealous!! I got the big box and I didn’t get one damn brush! I would have been happy with just those lol. I literally already had 80% of what I got in my box. Mental note going forward I’m getting the smaller box and not the XL. Also I had 3 repeats of items I got last year so know that they repeat items year to year.
Boo on repeats! I feel like the bigger boxes are more risk if you already buy a lot of products, though I do feel I got a better return on value with the smaller one from last year as opposed to the XL I got this year.
I believe you're supposed to get a brush in each of the boxes, but I could be mistaken. I would contact them.
