Bro try sotret(isotretinoin) 50mg tablet with milk after consulting doctor I faced nodular acne in the past and max hospital doctor recommended it, I started it later bcoz of some reason but you can do it in early stage otherwise scars stay for rest of the life. Happy riding and good luck!
