Absolutely love this. We have loads on buildings right across Wiltshire too. They go a long way to illustrate social history and attitudes to shopping many decades ago. Towns like Salisbury, Devizes, Malmesbury, Royal Wootton Bassett and parts of Old Town in Swindon have some great examples. I could stare at them all day and imagine folks in years gone by looking at them too - if only we could time travel 🙂
