I enjoyed seeing a little bit of Amsterdam! I was there as a tourist many, many years ago. Would very much like to see other yarn shops, if you are able to make more of that type of vlog. Stephen and Penelope certainly is an experience you'll never forget - amazing 'eye candy' for us knitters - even if we can't afford it. Your blue & white top looks lovely.

Thanks for taking us along, also loved listening to your thoughts about the shop afterwards and totally get your point about the prices. I moved to the us from Europe last year and only became a knitter around that time and yarn (handdyed and commercial) is so much more expensive here - with European yarns like KFO I know they have to import it, but American yarns aren’t cheaper unfortunately 🥲
Yes, I see what you mean! I'd love to make a sweater with some of their yarn but that's not possible for me at the moment. Same for US yarn, unfortunately.
I guess you're very happy to go back home and indulge in European yarn when you can! 🥰

Loved this video as I have just recently purchased a set from them for the sock knit along. I’d love to see a similar video with yarn stores in your home town. Great yarn choice although I’m quite shocked you found something neutral in there lol
