The thing is they dont have 4 rappers, they have 4 members who can rap so if they do a more hip hop vibe song they can showcase their rapping skills meanwhile they have a pop/ballad song they have literally 6 vocalists (i include Asa here) so i dont really see having 4 rappers as a problem
This is old but I totally agree. I mean he did already say it. But I wish YG had made a bigger point about rora and asa being amazing and he didn’t want to lose them and still wanted them in the company. The way he says the other 5 are what he wanted and those 2 are just thrown in because of the fans seems a bit wrong. BUT the fans are what matters once those contracts are signed. I’m not saying that will happen but if everyone loves Rora and asa they could end up doing better than the others.

About the names Pharita real name is Prita so is "P" no "F" i guess they give her Pharita to be easier in korean, and Ahyeon in korean most of the time you pronounce the H so is Ahyeon and no Ayeon is hard to explain by text
I don't like when he said take it as members your choosed i fell so bad for rora and asa like he is telling theme i don't choose u if there's no yg family and vairity show you will not debut But i know that they will be the most talented girls in the groupe rora has an Angel voice and asa a great dancer and rapper and she can sing and write songs she is all rounder

He did that, and put pressure on the members' mentality not to get complacent just because fans praised him.. he also did that for GD when he was a trainee And that was a risk for YG, even though they were sad because YG said that, they were also happy because they could debut because many people wanted the 7 of them,And not 5.. My thoughts about hearing "These 5 members are chosen be YG and Rora and Asa are chosen by the fans" Well it is good marketing. WE don't know for sure till which point of time he has changed his mind taking all 7 members instead of 5 members. Not to mention that he isn't the CEO of YG anymore. He is now just a Producer and he has to answer to his boss. I think it is in a way better to hear that the Fans want all 7 and that the company changed their mind from 5 to 7 because of all the Fans demanding all 7 members. An addition to that is that they haven even debut yet, but already they are getting so much love from fans already. If I would be Asa I would tear up because of the fact that even though I haven't debut yet I already get a lot of love and already have a lot of fans. Well.... we don't know for sure what happens behind the scene. What MR.YG is thinking and planing. It doesn't matter now since everyone is debuting. I am happy that all 7 gonna debut ❤
