What about if he didn’t lie and actually had a 130 and you kicked him.... you tried to scam him but realised he was a scammer after you scammed him. You had no proof he was a scammer.

No it’s not, we both know nobody would invite him back. A real STW scammer get scammed youtuber would try do a legit trade and then if he scammed would scam him back. You had no intentions to invite him back.
