The heart-to-heart between Bane and Colin was such a good step forward. Their communication continues to improve day by day, gradually getting better. The fact that they're willing to show their vulnerabilities with each other is such a good step forward to understanding what the other is thinking and feeling so that they can come to a mutually benefitting solution. They were so mature and open, especially with Bane mentioning the fact Colin could've turned them off at any time yet didn't and how he respects and appreciates that. What really got me was when Bane said "You're part of the family now". My heart just about burst- They both understand that they need Rachel, and understand that they need to communicate with her and themselves. I'm so glad that some sort of progress is being made! :)
actually it's sort of the same for iris too because true that punkrocks was not perfect it was good developement for iris and now he's taking care of his own animatronic that fazbears rejected his blueprints of at wonderhearts

So "Broken" that He starts to lose His mind and maybe that's why He always slept in His office, to not do something that, He was scared to face... but time will tell, This is just a suggestion for what I think'll happen in the future episodes.
