Such a sharp wit, and an incredible talent - a national treasure.
I always admired Julian Clary!🥰
Thank you for sharing this! I haven’t seen this in over 20 years and remember really enjoying it when I first watched it.
Refreshing to see some good "old school" Cheers
Definitely
I have been weeping with laughter at this- it reminds me of my (cabin crew) family, and all of the naughty things we got up to! Thank you, ppotter.xx
Glad you enjoyed!
I remember years ago watching him in 'sticky moments' loved it and him ❤
Thanks for this hidden Trinket with Julian
So weird to watch this since Mr Scofield came out
lol I wonder if Julian clocked him as a queen
@@niallbyrne6474
I'm sorry,did you say clocked ?
@@niallbyrne6474I think he was always out to those who knew him
anyone think about Philip Scholfield here? He probably went home that night and cried with anguish at how Julian could be so open and free about his sexuality while he remained in prison. If you look at those times you can see how ridiculed homosexuals were. Well done society for getting to the state where Philip and anyone else can express their true identities without persecution
Particularly you Phillip... everyone knew
It’s like Julian knew Phillip was the only gay in the village.
i thought the exact same
I doubt that The "only gay in a theatre foll of celebrities"?
Nothing wrong with his Gaydar😂
It takes one to know one..... Actually that's not true I'm straight and my gaydar is very sensitive.
Yes
peggy mount excellent seeing her
Half the audience are dead and the other half retired. But it was a great show. Why can't they do them nowadays? When Philip told Julian that he would do anything he asked, he meant it! OMG then a very young Gary Barlow sang. He gets better with age.
Entertainment in tbe UK 2021 has died tbe very, slow death as i predicted in ligbt entertainment Its just a game or reality show now to entertain on tv now This is Julian Clary audience with show
I can’t believe it how Julian can perform time and time again throughout out all of the homophobic years. He just carried on going land didn’t care anything. Amazing personality. I wish I could have even 10% of that
There wasnt homphobic years, it just wasnt tried to be rammed down peoples throats back then.
Homophobic years? When were they? Boy George survived and thrived. So did Graham Norton, Elton John and many who flaunted being happy and gay!
What homophobic years. The British have always loved camp comedy, Kenneth Williams, John Inman, Larry Grayson et al.
@@Urko2005 You mean you were quite happy to pretend gay people did not exist.
So many fine actresses here dame barbara Windsor and Joan Whitfield and miss Peggy mount !
So, was this the outing if Mr Schofield?
Schofield laughing uproariously....and then Julian calls him up on stage....😂
He is so funny 😂
Obvious Philip was known on the gay scene
He was only interested in teenagers, though.
Philip was not amused.😂😂😂
Jim was such a good sport. Wonder where he is now?
Electricity in a bottle ❤️
Oh how i miss those days where camp etc was sheer entertainment and not woke and offended and entitled like today.
Top lad..
How ironic phillip
Back when Phillip had hair colour lol
Were tbough guys drunk
So sick of people laughing about stomas and continuing the negativity and ridicule. It's a massive disservice to ostomates and the medical professionals. Because of my surgery, I saw my kids settle down n gift me with beautiful grandchildren.
How would you feel to have your disability ridiculed? We're not invisible and have feelings etc just like everyone else.
Everything should be up for ridicule
Everything should be up for ridicule
How uninteresting. I'd recommend you look up the definition of comedy and satire in the OED
To many rich Papas, Mamas and queer Julian Clary to be rich and no to be rich and that's a theory examine by doctors.
Did you write this post midway through having a stroke?
I hope you recovered from the brain tumour. That must be the only possible explanation. Either that or your IQ is in single or double digits.
Well said Gary. Not afraid to say out loud what we're all thinking.
Who is this person that wants to be like Dame Edna evrage
The clue is in the title of this video dear.
Dame Edna was played by a heterosexual man, as a character.
Julian Clary is a comedian and actor who is gay, and who has been in entertainment for over 40 years. The question should be, who are YOU?
