I found tha dap woodweld contact cement eats the vinyl and released even worse fumes , good thing to keep in mind

You can use PU glue too but it has to be fully dry then heated to reactivate it. This glue is very strong (its used in rubber/foam cemented construction shoes)
Where did you get that hoodie I haven’t been able to find one with the symbol on the jacket
Not sure (i haven't seen this confirmed), but I think he bought a teal hoodie, cut his own vinyl patten, and ironed it on himself. I don't think MHA is popular enough to get a cosplay for one specific episode.

Hey guys, Just wanted to pop in with a heads up about using the Contact Cement.
I used Yellow Contact Cement on my White foam and stretch Vinyl and it tinted everything yellow (Like coffee stained teeth)
So just be careful with your project if you're using a different kind of Cement.
