i have made many of these tissue holders - just remove the plastic wrapper and insert the tissues. too much trouble to zig zag, i just sew another line of stitching close to edge to reduce fraying
Absolutely! I don't know if I would take the time to do it since they are so tiny & most people won't be turning inside out but yes, for sure you can do that!
I use Etsy a lot to get an idea of not only price but also quality. Do a search for "hand sewn travel tissue holder" and you'll see what others are doing. I haven't done a craft show in years but I love the idea of having inexpensive items that people could pick up. Give them an incentive to buy more by offering a "Buy 5; get 1 free" or something similar. Also, do some bundles where you make several items out of the same fabric. Make Storage Pods of various sizes out of the same or matching fabric and throw in a Tissue Holder or Gift Card Case free with purchase. Same thing with the Cozies. Make a set of dinner plate, salad plate & soup bowl cozies out of the same or matching fabrics. Have fun!

Thank you for your video! I’ve made a lot of these but needed a reminder on the sizes. This is a nice little gift. I make them for speakers or guests at our Quilt Guild meetings. 👏👏🧵

Linda for those of us who don’t have servers and want it finished as a seam how about bias tape over the raw edges for non box pleated ones?

Hi Linda, How can I find out how much we would charge for the tissue holders at a craft show?
